The project consisted of a complete brand identity redesign for the 4th edition of our running club, Malpica Run Club. The vendor led a full brand strategy process focused on differentiating our club from competitors and strengthening the sense of belonging within our community.

Based on this strategy, they created a new distinctive logo and visual identity system. They designed all the key deliverables we needed for the event, including social media assets, printed materials such as the main event poster and stationery, and several merchandising items for our members.

The scope also included conceptual development, creative direction, visual exploration, and final production files ready for print and digital use.

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

The community’s response to the new identity was very positive, with many messages and reactions celebrating the redesign and the refreshed image of the Run Club.

The number of participants who signed up increased after the release and announcement of the new identity, showing direct growth in the community and greater interest in joining the club.

Their project management was excellent. They delivered all milestones on time and kept us informed throughout the entire process. Communication was smooth and consistent and they were always quick to respond, open to feedback, and proactive in offering solutions.

They clearly understood our needs and adapted the work whenever necessary, making the whole collaboration easy and efficient. Overall, their responsiveness and ability to stay on schedule made the project run flawlessly.

What impressed us the most was their ability to combine strategic thinking with outstanding creativity. Are there any areas for improvement or something enblanco could have done differently?

Overall, we were very satisfied with the collaboration and the final result. If anything, the only area for potential improvement would be to have even more frequent checkpoints during the early creative stages, but this is more a preference than a real issue. The team did an excellent job, and we wouldn’t change anything significant about the process.

What challenge were you trying to address with enblanco?

We needed a comprehensive change to our branding. We wanted a completely new, fully updated, and flexible image that could be used across both digital and physical formats. We wanted it to be memorable, yet simple and modern.

What was the scope of their involvement?

enblanco provided branding and brand positioning strategy services for us. The team delivered a brand identity manual, a logo and its variations, a modular graphic system including iconography, patterns, and graphic assets, a brand presentation document, and a template and style system for social media. enblanco was also in charge of producing all physical materials.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

After working with enblanco, we achieved a recognizable brand that we were very happy with. Our clients recognized our brand and congratulated us on several occasions. We brought consistency to our materials across all formats. Today, all of our documents are related to each other and clearly attributed to our brand.

In addition to always receiving positive feedback about our brand, we recently started a collaboration with a foreign production company, and they showed interest in our branding as well as in the asset system and visual consistency across the materials we use.

Moreover, our new brand was decisive in evaluating our presentation, particularly in winning two project competitions recently.
