What challenge were you trying to address with EM Productions Video Production and Photography?

We needed a series of interviews and testimonies for our client's corporate video, as well as some footage of their facilities in Vietnam, both in Hanoi and Ho Chi Minh City.

What was the scope of work done?

EM Productions Video Production and Photography was in charge of conducting the interviews in Vietnamese and English, as well as coordinating the shooting of the B-roll, which included directing, camera, and lighting. The final deliverable was the raw footage, which we added to the overall global corporate video production. 

They were in charge of shooting the interviews for CEOs and directors of partner companies in Vietnam for our customer. Then they needed to shoot corporate lifestyle B-roll as well as industrial B-roll of those facilities and operations in Vietnam.

We worked with two teammates from EM Productions Video Production and Photography. 

How did you come to work with EM Productions Video Production and Photography?

I was referred to them and then looked up reviews online. I saw that they had a production office in Hanoi, which was where we needed to shoot our video. Firstly, they had a lot of experience in the corporate sector, making corporate films for a wide range of clients. For this particular project, which was a corporate project, we felt that they were the best fit. We also found their budget to be very reasonable, and in our initial meeting, we seemed to align very well culturally.

We spent just over $6,000. 

What is the status of this engagement?

The project lasted from July 24–25, 2025.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement? 

The footage produced was beautiful, and EM Productions Video Production and Photography did an excellent job matching the brand aesthetic we asked for. It was great to have a company to rely on in Asia that could shoot the same production quality as they have in the United States or EU. That way, we didn't have to fly crews all over the world just to make sure the image looked good. Now, we have a production partner in Asia that can do the same production quality as we would expect in these locations. 

Our client was super happy with the footage, and even some of the members, when reviewing the film, were surprised at how cinematic it was, all of which made us very happy. The footage was really cinematic and captured some nice aspects of the manufacturing in Vietnam, and the interview setups were very professionally done.

They delivered after two days of shooting. EM Productions Video Production and Photography operated on an international professional level. They never missed a beat. The team was easy to work with, creative, and, most importantly, nice to communicate with and transparent. We communicated via email and WhatsApp. 

What did you find most impressive about them?

It was nice to feel comfortable with a team that just knew what they were doing, and we didn't have to worry about it. They had our best interest at heart when they executed, and they created cinematic footage that was nice and helped us look good in front of our client.

We needed high-quality and artistic corporate footage of our steel manufacturing partner. We also needed unique and artistic photography of those people and facilities. EM Productions Video Production and Photography delivered corporate photography and video.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

Everything was amazing. We got the footage really fast and made our deadline. We had some great shots in photos and videos from them that even our global management team commented on. We needed the footage and photos to complement a global initiative on environmental awareness and sustainability with our steel manufacturing. The facility in Shanghai where they did the photos and video was very important in the overall project.

They were super professional and definitely brought a new standard to the suppliers that we work with in Asia. We communicated via phone, messaging, and email.

What did you find most impressive about them?

They were easy to work with and took control of organizing all the logistics with the local client. I set the timeline in advance, and they met it without any problems. Once I gave them all the information they needed, they took over and ran with the project without me having to hold their hand, which was really refreshing for a team in Asia.

• Voice-Over and Music: A voice-over that sounds professional and engaging, with background music that fits our brand vibe.

We also needed Beautiful lifestyle, photography, and architectural photography of our resort and services.
