Our flagship product, RMH POS, was launched in 2016 to give small-to-medium size retailers a next-generation replacement solution for the end-of-life Microsoft Dynamics Retail Management System (RMS). A few years later in 2019, RMH Central was released to provide multi-store retailer operators the capability to manage all their store systems from a centralized location.

Today, RMH software, sold and serviced through a worldwide network of highly trained and Certified regional Distributors and Resellers, can be found in thousands of specialty retail shops across the globe.

The core RMH software includes a robust set of features and functions ‘out of the box’ to meet the business requirements of a wide variety of retailers. For those retailers with unique or enhanced requirements, RMH’s open architecture can be leveraged to build customizations, extensions, add-ons, and integrations including ERP, e-commerce, and payment processing solutions.

eLano uses lightweight iterative/agile approach to software development.  Since we have a lot of emerging requirements and technical risk, this has worked really well for us.  eLando has been extremely responsive to our needs and has been offering different solution alternatives to choose from.

I really cannot think of anything significant that eLando should improve.  They are big enough to offer a variety of expertise and inspire confidence, and yet – small enough to genuinely care for their customer.

We have used eLando services to do OSS/BSS Modernization of a solution for future-state services and infrastructure transformation, provided to Nokia client Telecoms all over the world. This solution focuses on perfecting operational excellence, accelerating product time-to-market, unification of fixed-line, mobile and IP services, and guaranteeing service accuracy from the cloud with virtualized platforms.

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

Senior java developers onboarded very fast among other vendors for FlowOne/ UIV development, took action development responsibility, and delivered exceptional result in time and budget. Significant experience in FlowOne related projects since 2018 with skillful engineers working since the beginning of the collaboration, resulting in optimized delivery times (reduced time of feature deliveries to Production). 

Leading full development activities in many LAT and EU Telcos (Antel Uruguay, TIM Brazil, Telenor Norway, Three Ireland etc.). EU Nearshoring and ability to travel frequently to EU countries.

The way eLando took ownership and drove all outcomes – DAY and NIGHT, especially with Production issues, Regressions and applying the patches in various environments, is impeccable! We don’t know how it would have been without them, but it would definitely have been much worse!
