We hired eBizon to pick up our Magento 2 eCommerce Development Project after a previous Adobe credentialed firm failed to deliver. In a matter of months, the eBizon Team has us on the cusp of launching a system which the previous developers had only made a mess of over the course of 2 years.
We have architected an eCommerce site to support a National network of independently owned and operated Pop-Up Retail locations, in such a way as to give each "Outpost" a personalized online presence through which their customers can shop with them. And to make it easy for any Visitor to the central site to find and shop online with their favorite Outpost, or quickly find a location where they can shop in person at an upcoming Event.
Being able to do all of this without even needing to know the Name of the Outpost or People with whom they want to shop.
Our internal design team approached architecting this system backed by over a Century of experience building Customer-Facing and Job Functional User-Facing Systems. This is a custom job. The eBizon Team was able to get out of the stock eCommerce Box, embrace the vision, build the system, and we are on the cusp of launching.
Knowledge transfer has gone fast. Communication has been very storng. The Team came with a passion to learn, understand, and deliver. Our in-house technical people have been very impressed with the work, the pace of the work, and the limited number of itterations it has taken to complete challenging tasks. We're loking forward to launching, and keping the eBizon Team on our Team as we continue to grow the business and our eCommerce capabilities.

Long experience has taught us that few organizations and projects actually go forward precisely following these roadmaps. This project was no different. What has been exceptional is that we have maintained regular, substantive, detailed, project review meetings. We have identified specifc tasks to complete. Established priorities. And have consistentlyc ompleted Tasks. When a task is not completed, or cannot be completed as originally intended, we have been able to quickly adapt. Getting the better answers faster.

eBizon ptu together a very strong Team. The Team has worked well together. The work has been collaborative. Egos are left at the door, the focus is consistently on what is the best path forward for theis project to achieve the business goals it is supposed to support. This is the most valuable thing any Team -- intenral or external -- can bring to the table.
Are there any areas for improvement or something EbizON Digital could have done differently?
Continuous Improvement is always required. We probably could have benefited from a more disciplined approach to project amanagement. That said, that requires Staffing & Time which we did not necessarily have. So, it is hard to fault eBizon for not following a more formal Project Management program, when we as a Client did not have the resources available which would have been required. I operate from the mindset that Perfection is the Goal. Excellence will be tolerated. None of us are Perfect, and never will be. The eBizon Team has gotten as close as anyone can. We're very happy we have had the eBizon Team on our job.
