Mostly happy. We needed to change project manager but I was impressed with the final team and the finished product. I found the final team to be responsive and accomodating.

They were very accommodating. With budgets, timelines, personnel. I felt like they really wanted to get to a good outcome and they were prepared to work with me to realize it. I also found the finished project to be above what I expected from past experiences with the company.

I found some of their decisions unusual like the decision to build a chat client rather than integrate an existing one. We had 2 project managers at one point basically doing the same thing which indicated we were wasting money. Ebizon need to do a better job of matching their resources to the their clients more effectively. They need to look at personal fit, culture fit, expertise fit and match teams to their clients. I feel its always a problem with Ebizon.
