Good workflow, one main point of contact who I dealt with mainly. Everything was done over email.

They came across as fair and honest about costs etc, and hungry to get work.

Some small admin things which I also forgot to remind them off (including time zones in meetings, sending CVs to the address we use to enter them into our HR system) but very minor things.
