We partnered with DotFusion to refresh and migrate the WCG website from an outdated CMS into a modern platform. Our goal was to enhance the user experience, update the visual design, and move the site into a clean, modern look that reflects our brand. This was an extensive project that spanned nearly two years from start to finish.

The completed website now feels modern and refreshed, with improved usability and thoughtful touches such as integrated animation. We have received many positive comments from both customers and internal teams about the changes. We continue to work with DotFusion on ongoing enhancements as our business needs evolve, and they remain a reliable partner for future improvements.

We’ve seen a year-over-year increase in web traffic and category sales. Additionally, reports and heat maps have shown an efficient flow in the UX/UI design, and tenants and visitors have been able to find the information they need. We’ve also had high SEO results and won industry awards for web tools Dotfusion built for us.

The team also developed all the assets, including mobile-first emails, SMS messages, and digital flows across web and other digital platforms. With the implementation of the new self-serve process and informative email journeys, we witnessed a significant reduction in client inquiries and calls to sales representatives. The strategic placement of upsell opportunities within email journeys resulted in a notable increase in revenue from existing clients opting for additional services. Clients reported increased satisfaction (28% improvement in NPS) with the simplified enrollment process, resulting in higher confidence and a smoother onboarding experience. We also reduced onboarding attrition by 70% and eliminated 92% of calls into sales and support.

Dotfusion Digital - B Corp has planned, designed, and built our marketing website and web content platform. The marketing website is just as important as the application itself. The CREW CMS application is built on React, Next.js, and Azure infrastructure. 
The scope of work includes website and product strategy, go-to-market (GTM) strategy, website development and design, application development and design, DevOps and technical infrastructure management, and ongoing maintenance. The planning is as important as the delivery because we have a smaller-sized budget to ship the MVP.

The best metric is our adoption of customers and, so far, zero churn rate. We’re currently over 60 customers. We’ve received positive feedback from our customers and the market. They seem to love the simplicity of content management and the speed and accuracy of our service team.
