We needed to scale our team of PPC Managers quickly and our recruiting department needed some extra help to achieve the hiring targets we had set. We requested DNA325 to provide us with pre-vetted candidates that meet the job requirements in the short term.

We expected to get candidate profiles that match the defined criteria to choose from. We did not set any exact number of profiles to be submitted, as we were interested in quality instead of quantity. Within 3 weeks, we received about 7-8 candidates and invited most of them to the interviews. One of the candidates was hired.

We had a dedicated project manager who was available in messengers when we needed. Plus we had periodical calls to synch up, almost every week.
