DWS is able to consistently deliver high quality work, with a wide variety of publishers every month. In the last 2 years we have established over 1,000 inbound links to our project campaigns and have been able to rely upon their execution.

DWS always delivers on time, if anything we are the ones delaying monthly projects. My account manager Himesh communicates quickly and responds appropriately to any requests or concerns. Anything I've asked has been promptly taken care of quickly and to my satisfaction.

DWS took the time to understand our projects so that they can better execute for our business. When we needed to upgrade our standing order, they asked questions to better understand our needs. DWS also worked around our technology integrations; we didn't have to fit into their platforms and learn new systems. This makes it easy to business with DWS.

Are there any areas for improvement or something Digital Web Solutions could have done differently?

The only concern I've brought up before that I wish could be done better is to have a bit more relevant anchor text and relevant context to the target URL when they draft content for the publisher. I often edit this prior to publishing so it's not a huge issue, and certainly not something I would consider a big problem.

We hired DWS to consistently monitor and respond to any issues that cropped up on the website. Duties here were to proactively check our websites for any inconsistencies, errors, or breaks in the active forms and to rework code as needed to fix these breaks. Other duties included responding to any concerns raised by myself or my team regarding website changes and to implement any changes requested in a timely manner. 

We also hired DWS to manage the Google Ads account and devise successful campaigns for us to increase sales in the business. This included independent research as well as consultation with myself and my team to ensure that the campaign aligned with our business needs.

In terms of the website work, all of the requested changes have been made and the team has successfully been able to monitor and adjust code as needed to ensure that the active forms on our websites are operational. The team has also consistently reported on progress towards goals. Reports have included information that have told us how many leads we've received as a result of their work and the cost of acquisition per lead.

The team has been able to respond in a timely manner to any issues raised by myself and my team. They've successfully worked through the tasks that we provided them with and are consistently reporting on progress and are great at communicating when things aren't going to meet the expected timeline. They've also been successful at prioritizing workloads to complete the highest priority tasks which has allowed us to work through issues more effectively.
