DMT works with us on a monthly basis to provide all the paid social and marketing campaigns across Instagram and Facebook, and then also on the PPC side, they work with us on all of our Google shopping campaigns. We grow our targets each month that they have to work towards. We actually have three accounts. We have a UK store, an EU store, and a US store that serves our international customer base. They manage each account; three on the paid social side and three on the PPC side on Facebook and Google.
We have worked with them for a few years now and they know the brand quite well. We have had monthly meetings and calls with them to explain who our target audience is, who we want them to be targeting, who our competitors are. They do questionnaires with us about who our competitors are, the brands that we want to sort of replicate, and the customer base that we want to go for. We create all the content in-house and they post it for us.

There are at least six people that have work on our project.

Their team has created and managed our Facebook ads. We’ll let them know of promotions and new product launches, and we’ll work together to determine what audience we’re targeting (lactose-free consumers or general cheese lovers, for example). They’ll then created the targeted ad. They’ve targeted the weight loss community as well as Germany, which happens to be one of our biggest-growing foreign markets.
They’ve even created videos from collected testimonials to use as ads.

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?
Our experience with Digital Marketing Team (DMT) has been nothing short of disastrous. They promised a complete website and a comprehensive digital marketing strategy but delivered an unprofessional, buggy site with numerous issues. They advised us to use Shopify, claiming a strong relationship with their account manager. However, months later, Shopify informed us that our business type wasn't supported on their platform.
While it's true that we requested some changes during the development process, this is common when building a new brand and should not have led to the problems we faced. Additionally, DMT came up with a brand name that is already used by a dating site, showing a complete lack of research and originality.
Ben from DMT apologized and promised to fix the issues within two weeks. Four weeks later, the site was handed over with multiple faults, clearly unchecked. Ben admitted the site was developed by a third party, likely abroad, and promised a meeting the next day, which never happened. When I followed up, he ended the conversation abruptly, stating he was too busy.
Days later, he conducted a terrible run-through with further fixes needed. Despite my repeated attempts to speak with him, another week has passed with no returned calls. He is apparently too busy. I paid their invoice and requested a breakdown of costs, but have yet to receive anything.
Avoid DMT at all costs. Their lack of professionalism and accountability is astounding.

We were looking online for digital marketing agencies in Manchester and DMT were highly recommended.

We had an initial sit down with the sales team to discuss our goals and find out how they could meet them. After the point of signing, we entered a very smooth onboarding process with Josh, our account manager, who helped us ensure all our accounts were ready to advertise from. After that, the team put together our ads, sent them for approval and we were live within less than 10 days.

I worked with the sales team initially, then Josh, then I had a point of contact from each position. I enjoyed the fact that I could contact any of these individuals by email at any time.
