Two things:

When first being told of your services, it would be nice to know all of what you do. For example, by doing this survey, I found out that you also do SEO international and help companies create apps! There are so many more things that you do and as a new business, it would be nice to have this explained in an introductory video or blog of the multitude of things that you can do for small businesses like mine.
I feel this survey is too long and should just be on one page. You are lucky that I love you so much! Otherwise, I would feel overwhelmed.
