Apart from introducing new products or implementing new strategies, we didn't always feel the urge to keep in touch with them all the time, so there were periods when we didn't contact them for weeks or sometimes even months, but we always knew that they keep an eye on our campaigns and they do their best to optimize and improve our campaigns. 

This was the most important for us - one aspect of growing a business was successfully outsourced to partners we could trust and this was the most important outcome of working with them specifically.

They seemed to understand our business, our customers, and how the sales funnel should look like. This way, we didn't have to explain our business model step by step. Instead, we were working alongside to reach the same goal.
