Both deliverables were met and we're extremely pleased with the results.

They wrote out what photos we need (sizes, backgrounds), how to set up the shop (styles, sizes, materials), how shipping/taxes should work, and the steps for taking bookings and deposits. They also gave us a plain-English timeline and budget so we know exactly what's coming.

We left with a clear, build-ready plan and sample pages we could share with our artists. We tried a few of their quick tips -- smaller images and cleaner menus -- and the current site already loads faster and more folk finish the booking form. Our staff now has a simple checklist to add products without needing a developer.
