Data security was an issue when choosing standard CRMs such as Salesforce, Zoho or Hubspot.

A working CRM that can

• technical documntation with a few training sessions

Since both the parties knew each other well, it was not difficult to get on the spot help or extensive trainings.

Awesome. Their consultation, planning, and execution were all well-managed.

They did communicate well through email, whatsapp and other tools. I was always aware of what was going on in the development and could answer my management as well on their queries.

The team delivered it well on time (negligible delay).

Since the two owners knoew each other well, it was not difficult to manage the entire project.
