They upgraded our entire codebase from Python 2, set up proper sandbox and production environments, implemented email services with SendGrid, added multi-factor authentication for security, and built a custom file hosting system with proper access controls. They also helped us evaluate where AI and automation could improve our care home workflows going forward, which is why we continue working with them.

They also thought ahead about things we hadn't considered, that's what usually business need from servce providers.

They set up a Pinecone index for similarity matching, hosted the model as an API on AWS Lambda, and integrated it with our existing platform. The system supports daily overnight updates so new brands and influencers are automatically included, and those leaving the platform are removed.

On top of that, they set up automated post-purchase flows - shipping updates, review requests, restock alerts - all driven by agent logic rather than rigid rule-based triggers. Everything connects through the platform's existing APIs, which our team maintains.
