What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

Designity Inc is atrocious.

They make you wait nearly two weeks just for a kickoff call, all while promising that you’ll “see what they can do.” The so-called two-week onboarding is misleading.

On the kickoff call, they don’t show any actual design concepts. Instead, you’re presented with generic slides about timelines and payment structures — nothing creative, nothing tangible. Despite being told you’d see concepts during this call, you don’t.

They also start sending emails asking you to complete tasks that have already been done, which shows a complete lack of coordination.

You’re required to submit your first project in advance, with the expectation that concepts will be presented on the call — but again, that never happens. By the time all the meetings and “lockoff” calls are finished, you’re already deep into the billing period, and that’s clearly by design.

The whole process feels engineered to run down the clock so billing starts before you’ve received any real value.

Designity has a portal with a project management software, all projects are tracked and the Creative Director is very responsive to all our needs and change requests.

The value they provide is exceptional, for us, we got access to a wide range of creatives and design capabilities that we would otherwise have to pay agency prices for or continuously hunt for freelancers.

We're very happy with their service.  While the creative director is essential to handle the timelines and volume of work that goes through creatives...sometimes it would be great to get access to the creatives directly.

For each project, I give them direction and the objectives, and they come up with unique concepts and designs. After my feedback, they complete the designs and present them to me in the requested formats.

 A colleague referred them to me. I chose them because of their capabilities, expertise, and skills. Although they weren’t cheaper than other alternatives, they could achieve a higher quality output.

 We started working with them in June 2025, and our engagement is ongoing.

 We’ve seen improvements in our email marketing and paid advertising KPIs. Our emails have seen 10% higher click rates, and our ads have seen 10% lower CPMs and 20% higher ROAS than non-Designity creative. These improvements have been sustained over three months.

Unlike other services we’ve tried, Designity didn’t just execute — they contribute ideas, refine our vision, and elevate the overall quality of our marketing efforts.

Are there any areas for improvement or something Designity could have done differently?

Overall, our experience has been very positive, but one area for improvement could be around clearer upfront scoping for complex or multi-part projects. Early on, there were a few moments where expectations around timelines or deliverable details could have been clarified more explicitly. A bit more proactive guidance during project kickoff would help streamline the process even further.

That said, once projects were underway, communication was excellent and any adjustments we needed were handled quickly and professionally. The team is receptive to feedback and clearly focused on improving the client experience.
