I'm a director and Head of Technology at a consulting company focused on delivering custom software and integration solutions to the access control, security and logistics sectors.

Our primary product's web platform and API was developed in-house in 2021. The MVP and initial launch was hugely successful but many corners were cut in developing the software in-house. The code quality needed to be improved to allow for scale, and the backlog needed to be moved to additional developers to free up resources internally. That's what we contracted Darly Solutions to assist us with i.e. better code quality for scale and additional development resources.

**SOLUTION**
How did you select this vendor and what were the deciding factors?

We considered a number of factors during vendor selection for this project, namely experience, cost, timezone, proficiency in English, professionalism and personality. Darly Solutions had the best balance of all these factors; smart, experienced, friendly, well-spoken, good value for money, and willing to laugh at a joke (very important in South African culture).

Describe the scope of work in detail, including the project steps, key deliverables, and technologies used.

The approach here was always going to be quite agile, as we were hoping to learn from the Darly Solutions team as we progressed through the project. We started off with giving Darly Solutions access to our Javascript codebase (Nodejs, Express, EJS, jQuery) and requesting a code audit with immediate recommendations for refactoring the existing code. Darly solutions were then tasked to implement some of the suggested changes, and then to start rebuilding (as opposed to refactoring) some of the existing functionality in a separate space in the codebase, while still using our existing MySQL database.

This continued with weekly updates from ourselves to the specification document, which Darly Solutions would deliver on. We meet weekly to discuss progress and any parts of the specification that might be unclear or could do with improvements. Darly Solutions also provides weekly timesheets of all work completed in the prior week. Recently we moved all the code from Darly Solutions to a completely new repository, which will become the codebase for the new platform. We are currently considering a front-end Javascript framework for the new platform, most likely Angular or Vue.

Nothing measurable at this stage, as we're still busy rebuilding the back-end, with plans to move to the front-end soon. So we have no real user interactions or data yet. However, I can attest to a dramatic improvement in the quality of code produced by Darly Solutions, as opposed to our original codebase.

The project management from Darly Solutions has been great, very thorough when necessary, and also hands-off when needed (to let the development process flow) i.e. flexible to our needs, which we appreciate. We really value our weekly reports and also the ability to reach out to the project manager whenever we need them. Most communication is through Slack, with reports being sent via email. We haven't had the need to implement a task tracking platform yet, this might become necessary later when we scale up to more developers.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

Their flexibility, professionalism, friendliness and (very importantly) willingness to speak up when they feel that we may not be suggesting the best approach for a feature or requirement ourselves i.e. they don't just do as they're told, they actively participate in the design process, which is going to yield us a much better platform in the end.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

I suppose our only comment here is that it would have been nice to see examples of the kind of specifications they would like to see from us. So far we believe the specifications we're providing are working well for them, but some upfront guidance might have been helpful.

As the Product Owner, I scanned through at least 50 candidates (individuals and agencies). The deciding factors were fluency in specific programming languages, fluency in English, and response time. After having interviewed multiple individuals and agencies, Daria the CEO, had been the best out of our shortlisted candidates.

We needed Darly Solutions to work with Ionic, React, Typescript, Strapi and Nodejs to create the frontend and backend of our advertising platform. We provided some design mockups using powerpoint files for the team to follow.

We worked hand-in-hand to ensure that we know the user flow of the project. Within their task, they had to provide frontend for features such as setting up demographics, uploading images, and setting up forms.

About seven people from Darly Solutions are working with us. The team consists of a product owner, frontend developers, backend developers and designers. The agency was able to provide us with the full support including DevOps for deployments.

With Darly Solutions effort in our project, we will be able to show our executives how the platform will look like and operate. This was our main goal before the project although we did not know when this meeting would be scheduled.

Therefore, this agency has been very agile with us by following our guidelines and working with the experts to achieve this deadline. The Darly Solutions team have performed very well since the beginning of our project in October 2020 and we decided to add additional scopes of work.

Within this very fast-paced industry, communication, transparency, and honesty is vital to the project and we are happy working with this agency. Our developers as well are very happy to be working with them.

The project was handled very well from talking about the terms of the project all the way to the project being in development. The processes of the Agency aligned with our ideal workflow wherein there is a Product Owner who will be managing how the frontend and backend will be built.

We communicated through Upwork about terms, additional scopes of work, budgets and timelines. We used Slack for immediate responses and we also set up a daily standup. Phil, the product owner for our project gave us daily reports via email and slack on the status of the project which helped us support their team as soon as we see their requests.

We also setup a JIRA board in which we can track the development as well.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

What is most unique and impressive about Darly Solutions is that everyone in the team is inherently communicative and understands the expertise of their respective fields. The team is very agile and can predict stress situations in which we work together to fix and maintain.

I believe that every client looking for a development agency require these qualities which can be very hard to find. We know this because we have worked with other freelance candidates before and the chemistry between our team and this agency has been astounding.

We’ve worked with three people from Darly, including Phil (Project Manager). His English is perfect. It’s very good to converse with him, and he has a precise way of defining the jobs that need to be done. We tell him what to do, and he takes care of it.

The cost so far is around $5,000, and we’re looking to spend around $1,000 per month with them on an ongoing basis.

Darly could do much more for us, but we’re the bottleneck. We don’t manage to prepare new jobs fast enough.

Getting things done is the first priority for us, and I don’t have any special KPIs. We’ve just started marketing a couple of months ago, so it remains to be seen what the future will bring us. I’m definitely satisfied with Darly’s work so far. I’m really glad that I’ve found them.

Phil is doing a very good job. We use Slack as a communication medium, and he has regular management reports on what’s being done.

What did you find most impressive about them?

We have meetings through Jitsi, which is integrated into our web app, and Darly has implemented a functionality for recording those meetings. We could host the Jitsi platform on our own servers, but recording requires a lot of bandwidth and power, which is a limiting factor. The solution implemented by Darly has the user record on their own machines.

I found a few other companies online, but it quickly became obvious that they were mainly looking to see what they could get out of us. This is definitely not the way Darly does work. I trust them.

Are there any areas they could improve?

I’m happy with them, and I don’t see much room for improvement. I have thoughts on what we could do to expand the relationship, and we are discussing things that may happen in the future. The bottleneck is the work I have to do.

The organization, with all my asks, was really impressive to me. There was also very clear visibility of the work the engineers were working on. Invoices were also super clear and given consistently. Our challenge was to create a PWA that would provide a seamless and delightful experience for the users. It is helpful when the users need to find a partner club to tour or promote a tournament or training camp.
How we did it
Darly Solutions provided a way to make the platform using Angular, Ionic, Node.js, and Express. Angular implements core and optional functionality. Node.js allows the infrastructure to build and run an application. Ionic enables us to build apps for all major app stores and the mobile web from a single codebase. The Use of Express is to provide server-side logic for web and mobile applications. 
Result
In conclusion, we got a platform that represents the opportunity to meet and engage with new people in new places. It is a great idea to develop networking with the people who share a passion for the same sport.

Qareo is an Italian digital pet assistant that helps to take care of pets using IOS and Android devices. This app is used for monitoring the health state of pets. One of the ideas behind the app is access to important data, such as veterinarian appointments and medical records.
Challenge
The business goal was to help people search through vet clinics in any location and read the information about the clinics using this app. And it is convenient to have the possibility of making an appointment with any clinic directly from the search. 
How we did it
As a solution, the search engine was implemented with Angular and Angular Universal in order to reach the goal. The features of the server-side rendering were implemented with Angular Universal. Angular Material was used to create attractive web-design for the app. Through Google Maps API the vet clinics' locations on the map are displayed. This website is 99% SEO optimized that helped in increasing the number of potential customers.
Result
Now, the users have the opportunity to find and get in contact with the exact vet clinic that fulfills their requirements.

The main challenge was to create an application with the ability to synchronize all data with the server and other researchers. Development of the application from scratch, designing the structure of the application.

How we did it

We were approached to redesign the overall PCR system. The main challenge was to create a user-friendly platform using UI/UX knowledge. The client has identified these goals to bridge the gap between technological innovation and global health needs. Our client needs to apply AI diagnostic methods that will make tests more automated, more accurate, and therefore safer. It is vital that the finished product is easy to use, has a straightforward interface for the new user, and displays the resulting data in graphs and tables.
How we did it
Our development team paid much attention to contrast and legibility, which the old design needed to have improved. How we did it

We carefully developed and implemented the new design, considering the client's requirements, with a straightforward and uncomplicated interface for working with databases.
How we did it
The first thing we did was overhaul the UI to give the CaminoCRM a more modern look and feel. We created a fully responsive design for more than 30 screens. Next, we implemented changes by using Angular and D3.js for dynamic data visualization.
Result
As a result, the process of monitoring multiple networks became much more efficient and less frustrating. Using modern frameworks allowed us to deliver a new, much more snappy, and well-performing system for our client.

Our goal was to develop a tablet app that would help collect employee reports at the end of each working day – a substitute for traditional paperwork.
How we did it
After defining client goals and end users’ needs, we came up with a list of required features, which include uploading and storing photos, adding signatures, and generating PDF reports. We used Angular and Ionic to implement this list of features and to ensure that app runs smoothly on tablets.
Result
As a result, our client got an app that includes all initial requirements and runs smoothly and intuitively for users. By implementing this software into the client's workflow, we helped reduce the amount of paperwork by up to 70%. It made personnel management much easier and prevented data loss within the company altogether.

At Glamezy, our client's vision is to empower small and medium businesses in the beauty and wellness industry. They thought of starting this journey to make an actual difference in mental health and well-being during the lockdown period, so they began Glamezy. Company about themselves: "At Glamezy, we find joy in helping others thrive, so whatever the connection is between us, we look forward to nurturing us."
Challenge
Our task was to develop a website where booking beauty services must be simple. Customers should be able to find services nearby, book in advance, or on the go to choose a time that is convenient for them. At the same time, the platform should satisfy clients' business partners that instantly connect customers with their beauty and wellness businesses. And help companies to grow sales, reach more customers, and secure more bookings.
How we did it
We developed a user-friendly website, using React and Node.js technologies. 
Result
As a result, clients of the site can conduct one-touch searches and immediately book appointments at their favorite salons. Challenge
Our goal was to develop a platform where users would have the ability to add billing info to the system (add card) to start campaigns. Create a dashboard where users can manage all campaigns. There must be 2 roles in the system: user and admin. The administrator must have access to all campaigns and must approve them before launching. 
How we did it
We developed a handy platform using Node.js technologies. We conducted a requirements analysis, designed the system with scalability and security in mind, and paid special attention to the user experience. 
Result
As a result, our client got a user-friendly platform where users can create an account, add billing information, and create and manage advertising campaigns. On the dashboard, users can manage all campaigns. Users can specify general data about the campaign, specify budget, upload images for campaign, and data about a target audience. More specifically, the platform has helped to build partnerships with game publishers and studios worldwide so they can increase monetization and retention rates while minimizing the overall cost of user engagement.

Hundred Forks is an app for ordering takeout food. It focuses on smaller restaurants rather than well-known food chains to help a small business grow and advance. It also has a social element – users can see which food is the most popular in their area, rate dishes in their order, and share their experience with friends.

Hundred Forks is positioned as a fun, adventurous, useful, and just plain different company. They started out by focusing on filtering and ordering food, being time-efficient, and saving time. The team's mission is to power streets and kitchens, brighten America's kitchens, and create a powerful tool that people can use on a daily basis that is effective, useful, and time-saving.
Challenge
As we designed the app with non-technical people in mind, we prioritized making it easy-to-use and fast, so that it would run well on old iPads. The technical challenge was also to implement the ability to provide a tablet app for restaurants to manage their menu and orders. All menu items had to have colorful, appetizing images. To get a working app that will help both users in ordering food and small businesses to increase the number of loyal audiences.
How we did it
Our team of developers and designers studied user needs and created a user-friendly and intuitive app for ordering takeaway food. We used Angular technology to ensure high quality and user satisfaction.
Result
Eventually we have a usable app with a social element in it – users can see which food is the most popular in their area, rate dishes in their order, and share their experience with friends. The aim was to develop a platform designed specifically for Venture Capital funds where users can manage ongoing processes, leverage smart insights in real time and stop personal information silos. The system must replace endless spreadsheets, docs, notes, and emails.
How we did it
Our development team was responsible for the implementation of the main major feature that distinguishes Dialllog from the different capital funds platforms - user email client and calendar integration. Also, our team implemented such key features as fundraising, deal flow, due diligence, and investment management; email and calendar integration; smart elastic search through all activities and files attached; KPIs tracking and reporting (including ESG tracking framework); email automation, smart notifications, and reminders.

Our client works to create a visual identity for his clients' brands. He needs to show his design expertise and his sense of style on every website page. It should showcase his work and reflect his core values and beliefs of minimalism, user-centered design, and a thrifty approach. We aimed to create a site for people with a sense of style. It had to be easy to use and well thought out in terms of navigation and design.
How we did it
As KOOL develops innovative and creative products, we tried to illustrate this with engaging visuals that will take users through the entire process and leave a lasting impression. The development work on the website itself was completed using the WordPress platform.

As a result, we created a website where users can view the agency's portfolio, blog, and contact through a feedback form. You can upload your photos, enter contests, vote for your favorites, and the best photo wins. Moreover, on PikMe, you can judge millions of photo contests. Your votes decide who makes money and who doesn't. By becoming a top voter, everyone can prove their 20/20 vision and earn money. This is what he is.
Challenge
Our goal was to develop an app where users will have two main options: buy great photos & join a contest to win, and sell their photos & profit from their skills. Also, all content that the customers see should be based on their previous votes. There was also assumed that there were additional but no less important features: uploading selected photos on a platform, earning money by voting, and selling photos in the PikMe Marketplace.
How we did it
We achieved compelling results by using React and React Native technologies. Social media is run by athletes, brands, celebrities, and influencers who determine what will go viral. Now it doesn't. PikMe has put the power back in the hands of users. And has been very successful at it.
Result
Eventually, we have a mobile application that helps users to spread their art, get feedback from their followers and receive money from selling their pieces of art. This app includes logging, authorization, password recovery, payments, settings, posting photos, notifications, etc.

One of the challenges was to create a web platform (IoT) that would have the ability to track Bluetooth-connected devices. Since the devices in the system range from everyday household items to complex industrial tools, creating a common space for all types of devices was essential. And also to build a working functionality that integrates all components into a single platform.

Our development team was responsible for developing the UI/UX side of the project and developing the designs and the front-end solutions. Our client began working on this project to help provide an automated online reservation system for moving into a new building that includes guidelines and rules for moving. No more phone calls or emails to the management corporation or real estate agent. The MiMOR reservation system aims to make a move less stressful, allows for the installation of elevator guards before the move if the building has an elevator, and tries to limit the disruption to everyone living in the building.
Challenge
Our development team's main challenge was implementing features like SMS alerts and a noticeboard to see what was happening in the building. Create a convenient solution for building communications that is easy to register, access, and use. Owners, building managers, corporation managers, real estate agents, and service providers should all find it convenient to use. 
How we did it
We developed the UI and UX part of the project, partially Back-end, and completely Front-end part. The interface was presented as an easy-to-use system that meets all initial requirements and makes the user path more convenient and clearer.

Since our client is focused on helping his clients with their investments, he needs to create a platform that connects them with the product in the first place, where he can create his profile. His portfolio and investment statistics should also be displayed there, achieving the client's goal of helping users ease their way into investing without banks. The key is to provide users with neutral investment decisions on fair terms. 
How we did it
Our development team carefully studied the client's requirements for the project. After the research phase, we started planning, prototyping, and developing. The front-end and back-end development was based on Angular, JavaScript, and Typescript technologies. We designed and implemented new widgets - the ability to upload files, video identification connection, form validation, and automatic filling fields to enter the city/country based on ZIP codes. We also refactored the platform structure and created many charts that would be relevant and understandable to display data that the user can analyze and use in making important investment decisions.

The main goal of our team was to create a website that would help our client build a successful and sustainable business aligned with their client's values and mission. Another goal was to attract a target audience looking for wellness-related products and services through the product we created. In addition, we needed to improve the login process to make it easier for users to create a login if they wanted to place an order faster, add donation features and improve payment processing.
How we did it

The results were achieved using Ionic and Vue.js technologies on the front-end side and Laravel on the back-end side.

Also, it allows users to easily detect and diagnose issues with video chat software, so they can quickly identify and fix any problems, and provides a detailed analysis of the whole system so that users can monitor performance and scalability in real-time.
Challenge
Our development team was tasked to create a web application to guarantee collecting information about video calls, including the number of participants, their location, and information about the device from which the call was made. The main goal was to develop a business solution for each user whose activities are related to video calls to collect information, identify and diagnose errors during the call.

How we did it
The task was solved using React and Typescript technologies and their components. 
Result
The final result for the customer was a platform that accurately and quickly identifies critical data about the video call, who made the call, where it came from, what device was used, and even recognizes the user's browser version. At the same time, the system searches for and identifies errors and problems that arise during the call and helps resolve them so that video calls run smoothly.

We were tasked with creating a giant e-commerce platform to help unite buyers and sellers of large home appliances. The stated mandatory functions of the platform for effective functioning are: creating an account to buy or sell machines, browsing and selecting the services offered by the company, browsing the product catalog that includes various categories, and accounting for prices and the location of another seller/buyer.
How we did it
Our development team created a product that meets all the initial requirements and needs of the client, using React, React Native and Laravel technologies. Project Overview
A web application for trading cryptocurrency with other individual traders. The application provides its users with the possibility to create accounts, track the NFT market situation with dynamic charts, make statistical calculations based on the market situation, and get customizable real-time alerts about the latest changes in price or buy/sell status of NFT units. All in one toolbox to make considered decisions, and be ahead of the herd in NFTs.
Client Background
The company is highly committed to delivering quality services and helping businesses succeed in the NFT space. Our client's vision is to build a marketplace to support every NFT collection and every project that looks to create an impact with NFTs and build their communities around them. 
Challenge
NFT companies face a number of unique challenges in the business world. One of the biggest challenges is educating potential customers and clients about the value and use cases of NFTs. Many people still need to learn about the technology and its potential uses, which can make it difficult for NFT companies to generate interest and attract new customers. Our team was tasked with creating a platform to help solve these problems, attract new customers, create a positive experience, and be understood by current and new users. 
How we did it
Our development team successfully completed the task using technologies such as NextJS and React. 
Result
We used NextJS as a framework to create server-side rendering React applications. This allowed us to easily create a fast and responsive user interface for the platform. We also used React to create individual components of our platform, such as the search bar and NFT ad pages. Our team also implemented a digital asset management system allowing users to easily view and manage their NFT portfolios. We are proud of our accomplishment and believe this platform will be an essential tool for growth in the NFT market and a business solution for our client.


### Smart City Mobile Application
Project Overview
Portazon connects end users with companies, traders, restaurateurs, and service providers from Trier and the region. With the Smart City Super App, users can experience unprecedented product or service offers and complete their everyday tasks easily and conveniently via smartphone. 
Client Background
Our customer sees himself as a partner of local service providers and wants to strengthen Trier and the region with smart, innovative solutions that integrate neighborhoods and the city. The Smart City Super App will help customers discover new products and services and perform their daily tasks simply and conveniently using only their smartphone. Our client's goal is to develop and promote with their retail, grocery, and service partners. 
Challenge
The task that our client set for us was to create a mobile app that performs smart city functions. The app should combine communication, city services, payment, and commerce to meet this business goal. Also, there should be Trier and the region in one app - digital, intelligent, and innovative. Including shopping and gastronomy, city services such as VRT, parking, SWT, e-car charging, and tourism - for the whole family.
How we did it
This task was accomplished using Angular and Ionic technologies.
Result
The final result covers all the initial requirements and is based on the "smart city" application principles. Namely, it contains many small services related to the city - parking, access to the city wi-fi, map with symbols, city transport plan, and news bulletin. It also includes a marketplace - a store that can deliver food and drinks and all sorts of things (clothes, tools, etc.). All of this is in different sections and at various stages of implementation. Our team paid particular attention to the selection of application features and their implementation from a development point of view. 


### Video Management Server
Project Overview
Vigil Zone is an application that allows camera owners to collect and process recordings from video cameras. The application's functionality allows users to control and monitor different types of cameras installed at home, in the office, or on company premises. Also, users can manage the cameras, save the recordings, and download them here.
Client Background
Vigil Zone company specializes in systems and services for the surveillance, protection, and management of homes and businesses. The client founded the company in 2011 when the security business needed to be more technologically advanced. The need to install video surveillance cameras in businesses and private homes has increased considerably. 
Challenge
Our client's service covers different groups of users - from homeowners, office tenants, and owners of large industrial buildings. To increase the efficiency of their work, it is essential to combine all user groups into a single system and create a program that suits everyone. To meet their audience's needs and stay one step ahead of the competition, the client needs to develop an application with the ability to view video from cameras on multiple screens simultaneously, store recordings on the server, and download materials to their media.
 
How we did it
We developed a hybrid mobile and web application from scratch on Angular and Ionic, built native apps, and uploaded them to the Play Market and App Store. 
 
Result
We carried out comprehensive work to cover all the client's requirements. Our developing solution is based on the creation of a product with the ability to collect, store, display, and download the data obtained from the video cameras. During the preparatory phase, our team designed the component structure from the initial design and approved it with the client. Users can view multiple cameras on one screen, put them in the proper order, zoom in on frames, take screenshots, and record the screen.


### Medical Job Search Platform
Project Overview
DocTnt is a Job search platform for doctors looking for a new job. The platform makes it possible to find the right medical institution, see detailed information about it, see ratings and reviews, and find it on a map so that you can plan your future job trips. The platform also provides a questionnaire for a more accurate search with essential details on job preferences.
 
Challenge
The goal of our design team was to update the existing design and improve it according to our client's wishes. 
 
How we did it
Our designers have corrected existing flaws in the client's design and created an updated version of the home page, job pages, and descriptions of institutions following all general UI/UX principles.
 
Result
As a result, our client received a redesigned job search app for physicians that enhances its aesthetic appeal and improves its functionality and practicality for users. We've created a pleasant and productive interaction with the app, which, in turn, contributes to a more successful job search and meeting physicians' professional growth and development needs.


### Social Media Platform
Project Overview
Jedari is the one-stop software solution to design, launch, build, grow, and freely manage online private virtual communities. It is the rails on which every user can run their community platform with a single tribe or as many groups and brands as they wish. Without big-tech oversight, creators maintain direct access to their audience and fully control their revenue streams, merchant account, content, data, and contributions.
Challenge
The client challenged our team to make edits on the Frontend side to make the platform function better and debug its structure for a better user experience.
How we did it
We completed some of the work for our client using Angular on the Frontend side. Using this robust framework, we developed a modern and responsive user interface that improves customer interaction with our client's product.
Result
We made meaningful edits to the project using Angular. Using this framework, we have improved the functionality and efficiency of the application, providing a smooth interaction and optimal user experience.


### Web App to Connect Multiple Phones
Project Overview
CondoBuzzer is a web application that allows users from the USA and Canada to combine their mobile phone numbers into a new one. It solves the problem in modern residential buildings where only one local phone number can be connected to a unit’s intercom. Users just need to choose a rate and send a request to the provider. 
Client Background
Condo Buzzer Technologies Inc. started to solve one simple problem: get customers' condo or apartment buzzer to call more than one phone. Our client wants to make people's lives easier with his product. Since only one phone number is assigned to the tenants of the houses - all delivery services or payment for other services go through it. Condo building buzzer systems are programmed to accept one phone number per unit. 
Challenge
Our client utilizes VoIP technology to enable his customers to connect up to five phone numbers to their buzzer. He generates a unique local phone number that sits in place of the current number in the customer building's system. Based on this, customers should be able to manage their subscriptions (cancel, upgrade, downgrade, and change phone numbers). Condo Buzzer should be able to control the availability of the VoIP service. If the VoIP server is down, it should move to another server or a new service.
Result
The development was done using Angular and Node.js technologies. As a result, we built a scalable, highly available web application in AWS to collect and store user names, cities, and phone numbers, create incoming beeper numbers(via Stripe API), product and subscription information. Serverless features were preferred in development because, in most cases, no resources are required. Once a user connects to the system, the application provides a new VoIP number (localized for their city), sets up call forwarding (one for each phone number), and configures a call group consisting of all the forwarding associated with the user.


### SALI Standards Billing Compliance Tool
Project Overview
SALI is a web application that allows users to map legal texts to SALI tags easily. To do this, enter legal texts (for example, long texts of documents), and the tool will provide users with probable SALI tags. Additional features are also available for processing legal texts in bulk - integration with the billing system and REST API.
Challenge
Our client's goal is to help reduce disputes and write-offs in those invoices and allow corporations to compare firms, report and analyze that data. Since it can be difficult for law firms to comply with established SALI standards and often have to do manual work to meet them, automating the process is essential both for our client and these firms. The web application must combine AI technology and respond quickly to user input.
How we did it
We developed the application's architecture on NextJS and the frontend part using React technology. 
Result
Our team considered all the client's development requirements and conducted a detailed analysis of the available data before starting the work. The leading development for the web application was a method that parses information from the SALI platform. Whenever the application receives a user's text request, the program processes it using AI technology. It outputs the exact text result based on the available data in the database.


### Access Monitoring & Control Web App
Project Overview
The VisitMe app focuses on making it easier for residents to pre-authorize visitors who visit them at their complex or estate. The app allows residents to request a PIN code by selecting the visitor from their phone book. A PIN code is generated within the app and can be shared by the resident via Whatsapp, SMS, or email. It gives absolute control over visitors, delivery companies, and contractors.
Challenge
Our goal was to bring the code base up to industry standards, and then our development team took over the backlog and development of new features.
How we did it
We rewrote the code on the backend side of the VisitMe portal and APIs in Node.js and Express and developed a new frontend based on the company's chosen framework.
Result
As a result, we have developed an application that makes it possible to control the visits of apartment owners. The app generates a PIN code and sends it with a message to the visitor. The message includes a link to the location on google maps to direct the visitor to the exact address. The resident will receive a notification when the visitor enters and leaves the premises. Notifications are saved in the app with basic personal information, including the visitor's first name, last name, and photo.


### Web App for Managing Logistics
Project Overview
TruckGo is a web application through which the user can place orders for cargo delivery and track the delivery process. The app's possibilities include the registration process - as an administrator, who works for a logistics company, and as a user who tracks the delivery path of the ordered cargo. It is also possible to choose a mode of transport, and driver, enter primary data - date, country, and city of delivery, track delivery status, manage driver schedules, create efficient routes that require a lot of time, and bill the company for services rendered.
Client Background
Our client is a logistics transportation company with many years of experience and an established reputation in the market. They specialize in logistics services, including trucking, warehousing, and international deliveries. Our client's primary goal is to ensure their clients move freight safely and efficiently across the country and beyond. With their business's rapid growth and expansion, our client decided to develop a web-based application to monitor their logistics shipments. This app would allow them to manage and coordinate their operations in all delivery phases, from route planning and vehicle assignment to shipment tracking and payment processing.
Challenge
The goal of our team was to develop a web application that would increase the transparency and efficiency of logistics processes, optimize resource utilization, improve the accuracy of delivery time forecasting, and increase customer satisfaction.
How we did it
Our team developed a React and Node.js - based web application for the client.
Result
As a result, our client received the app that provides control and management of shipments, including real-time cargo tracking, route management, and delivery planning. Using this innovative app, the client will increase the efficiency of its operations, reduce costs, and improve overall logistics performance.


### Web-based Tool for Portfolio Calculation
Project Overview
A web-based tool that calculates the overall "Onix Score" of a portfolio of investment assets based on user data. The tool integrates with the API, allowing you to get real-time prices of investment assets. Tool features include user entry of Asset Type (Shares/Cash), Stock Name, Asset Name, and Number of Units held. Based on the data entered, the tool displays the market value of a block of shares and performs a calculation to multiply the number of units held by the market price. The user can enter multiple assets, which are automatically added to the "basket. All user requests are stored in the database.  
Challenge
Our development team was tasked with developing a web-based MVP tool with user input capability, the connection of a calculator to calculate the value of investment assets, and integration with API.
How we did it
Our team developed a Next.js - based MVP tool for the client.
Result
As a result, our client received the app that calculates the price of investment assets in real-time. Based on the data obtained, the holder of the investment package can make informed decisions before depositing personal funds.
 


### Platform for Newsletter Writers
Project Overview
The Newsletter hub provides a place for users to read other people's reviews and subscribe to the newsletter they are advertising and reviewing. The platform allows users to search for reviews on topics of interest through the Categories tab, view a list of users, and use filtering by rating, duration, cost, and type. In addition to reading reviews, users can click on a reviewer's profile to see what other newsletters they like, see if their tastes are similar, or get suggestions for newsletters. 
Challenge
We were tasked with creating a web platform with a set of features such as searching and viewing newsletters, creating a profile with subscriptions to newsletters of interest, having an ordered list of newsletters to which the user is subscribed, a list of unviewable subscriptions with the ability to unsubscribe from them, viewing profiles of other people, and receiving user suggestions.
How we did it
Our team has developed a platform for writing and reviewing reviews on various topics, using the original client requirements, business research, and Next.js and Node.js technologies.
Result
As a result, we provided our client with a web platform that helps users express their opinions on any topic of interest to them, get acquainted with the opinions of others, gather a circle of like-minded people, and exchange information about important events in the world.

The site aims to attract new clients through the success stories of previous clients and a list of services the company provides to improve and scale its clients' businesses. An essential element is the contact form, where users leave all necessary information and send it to the company for consideration.  
Challenge
We were tasked with developing the design for the Contact Us page. It had to comply with UI/UX principles and be easy for users to fill out.
How we did it
Our design team created the Contact Us page design based on the client's requirements and using corporate website elements. 
Result
As a result, our client got a contact page design where users can briefly state the essence of the problem, which the agency is essential to solve, and assign a call at a convenient time for both parties.
