I’m the founder and CEO of Forte Projects Ltd., a construction management firm based in Vancouver. We specialize in new builds and major renovations, delivering high-performance, energy-efficient homes to Net-Zero and Passive House standards, including heritage restorations and complex projects.

We hired Cyberlobe Technologies to build automations.

Cyberlobe Technologies provided process mapping and documentation in the form of Google Docs.

We worked with one teammate from Cyberlobe Technologies.

Someone from my peer group referred Cyberlobe Technologies to me. I became acquainted with what they do and decided to take the plunge and work with them.

We spent less than $10,000.

What is the status of this engagement?

We worked together from November 2025–January 2026.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

We didn’t have any tangible outcomes, as we were in the discovery stage and learning about mapping our processes. However, I learned a lot about creating process mapping and how to identify each employee's tasks in getting to a destination. At the same time, the main construction management software we use started adding internal automations to their app, providing a shortcut to get there (since we had identified the process with Cyberlobe Technologies).

How did Cyberlobe Technologies perform from a project management standpoint?

Cyberlobe Technologies’ project management was good. I know that mapping processes takes time, but I found that stage, although insightful and very important, to be draining. I think the disconnect for me was that I had to bear the weight of exploring every process step we have in-house. In hindsight, it would have been easier and less stressful if Cyberlobe Technologies had undertaken this task.

What did you find most impressive about them?

Cyberlobe Technologies’ knowledge of available technologies that could enhance or automate our day-to-day work was impressive.

Are there any areas they could improve?

As mentioned above, I think it would have been better if Cyberlobe Technologies had taken on the task of setting time aside with my team members to map out their processes rather than having me do it alone. We don’t always know what we don’t know. Employees don’t always look at what they do as a process but as something that’s in their head. They may not be able to articulate this in a process approach, so having someone from Cyberlobe Technologies extract this from them would have been more efficient.

We knew our Odoo setup wasn't working the way it should but couldn't pinpoint exactly where things were breaking down. JP came in, spent time understanding how our team actually operates day to day, and showed us where the gaps were. What I liked was that he never once pushed us toward a new system — it was all about fixing what we already had. 
We walked away with a clear plan and honestly it felt like a weight off our shoulders. Would definitely recommend if you're an SMB trying to make sense of your ERP. JP believe is a genuine person and I look forward to working with him and his team moving forward

A clear plan in place that feels comfortable and not overwhelming due to the complexity of the software

We hired Cyberlobe to manage our IT systems and processes on a retainer because the President was doing that work off the side of his desk (and not well). The team at Cyberlobe started by making improvements to our Google Workspace backend, getting mailing list management systems in place, introducing a CRM solution, helping us bring on Monday.com, etc.... They eventually also took over doing our website and helped us get a CDAP grant which we have been using to modernize our digital approach.

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

• They have gotten our website 30x faster. They have helped us implement Hubspot CRM and Monday.com. They helped us migrate out Google Workspace from one domain to another. They have helped us with ongoing IT issues that were plaguing the team. They helped us get a CDAP grant.

They are very responsive and delivered work on time. It was usually our team not getting them what they needed in a timely manner - which was not their fault at all.

The CEO of the company is such a warm, caring person. He treats every business he services like his own. He is a business owner as well and did us a lot of favours in the last couple of years. Such a great partner for a growing company like ours.

Nothing that I can think of.

For what projects/services did your company hire Cyberlobe Technologies Ltd., and what were your goals?

We got a wordpress maintenance project from the client but we did not have a developer at that time so we outsource to cyberlobe. We wanted to make the WordPress website faster and SEO-friendly.

How did you select this vendor and what were the deciding factors?

As I have already worked with cyberlobe company for my previous project. I liked the honesty and professionalism of the developer and manager. That's why I selected them.

We had a meeting with the manager and discussed the current issue in the website which was not SEO-friendly. So, we asked them to fix the issue of the website and make it faster. Some script was not working, So they have fixed that. The website was made in WordPress.

after launching the website, it looks better and faster than expected.
