Cyberk has designed the protocol architecture and security for our project. They’ve created the full system design for an institutional, permissioned RWA stack, including roles, upgrade paths, audit trails, and separation of duties. Cyberk has also developed smart contracts (Base/EVM) for our core tokenization contracts for minting, redeeming, whitelist-gated transfers, role-based access control, fee modules, and emergency controls (pause/guardian). They’ve delivered nine contracts (~3,800 lines of code) with deployment scripts. Moreover, Cyberk has created a compliance layer (KYC/KYB) for our project. They’ve developed a whitelisting service with policy rules (country restrictions, entity type, risk flags) plus admin approvals and audit logging. This service is integrated with two KYC providers (one primary and one fallback). The protocol is ready, and Cyberk has shipped nine core contracts with ~96% unit test coverage and zero critical findings in an internal pre-audit review. Moreover, the operational performance of the protocol is good. The median minting and redeeming completion is 11.8 seconds, and the p95 is 14.6 seconds across 22,000 staging simulations. We’ve also onboarded 18 institutional entities to the sandbox, completed seven full custody and settlement setups, and executed four live pilot minting and redeeming cycles. We’ve reached a $52.4 million pilot total value locked (TVL) across early allocators within six weeks of MVP delivery. We’ve also reduced manual treasury operations time from ~2 hours per day to 20 minutes per day via the admin console, automated queues, and reconciliation exports.

The team reduced the integration effort to ~10 minutes for a typical developer (from ~2–3 days if building the flow in-house), with a 1–3 lines-of-code middleware setup.Moreover, 68 developers requested access; 44 were approved, and 29 (66%) completed integration within seven days. In addition, 21 developers (72% of integrators) processed at least one successful paid request in the first week after integration. After three weeks, 15 developers remained active weekly (~71% of activated users).We also conducted a post-integration survey (n=24), which averaged 4.7/5 overall, with 92% rating the integration as “easy” or “very easy.” The median reported setup time was 12 minutes (most teams: “copy/paste + env vars”).

I'm the founder of Anchor Capital, a full-scale on-chain RWA lending platform that bridges traditional finance and DeFi by tokenizing real-world assets and providing transparent, permissionless lending.

We hired Cyberk to deliver both the technical foundation and the product experience needed to launch Anchor Capital to real lenders and businesses.

What was the scope of their involvement?

Cyberk handled the full end-to-end development of Anchor Capital's on-chain lending platform, including smart contract engineering, backend architecture, frontend UI, admin dashboard, borrower/lender onboarding flows, risk monitoring modules, and full deployment across staging and mainnet. The team delivered all parts equally, from frontend, backend, and smart contracts to data integrations and admin tools. Every module received the same level of attention and polish.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

Cyberk delivered a fully functional platform in under 30 days, enabling us to onboard early users immediately and process our first investment flows without issues. We onboarded over 1,200 early users in the first weeks and processed more than $3.5 million in initial investment flows. We also monitored daily active users, onboarding completion rate, session duration, and investment allocation conversions.

How did Cyberk perform from a project management standpoint?

Cyberk's project management was exceptionally organized and reliable. They delivered the full platform exactly on schedule, even while handling a complex financial product. We communicated via in-person meetings, virtual meetings, and email or messaging apps.
