We communicated by email. They were super clear about when they would be able to deliver things and were good communicators.

I liked their willingness to diagnose issues and learn. Also relatively open with pricing. We agreed a rate and they agreed to let me know if they didn't use all the allocated time so that we can make other website optimisations. Boyan then got back to me with an estimate of the time remaining which was great.
