Our website was set up about a year and a bit ago but it can be prone to glitches. We contacted Craft Berry on a friend's recommendation to fix some currency issues and make other minor optimisations to the store.

Word of mouth! Our initial developer was absolutely fine but I needed someone more able to navigate knotty currency issues, and a friend who also runs an online brand recommended them.

The issues was fixed / product page improved.

We communicated by email. They were super clear about when they would be able to deliver things and were good communicators.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

I liked their willingness to diagnose issues and learn. Also relatively open with pricing. We agreed a rate and they agreed to let me know if they didn't use all the allocated time so that we can make other website optimisations. Boyan then got back to me with an estimate of the time remaining which was great.

We did our own research and spoke to several developers ranging from big to small. In the end, we went with the company that in our opinion best understood our vision.

We searched for Shopify developers on Upwork, found Preslav, and continued to work with him for the subsequent years after.
