This project involves a complete redesign of the existing website to establish a modern, professional, and visually engaging digital presence that reflects the identity of an Indian biopharmaceutical company specializing in the research, development, and manufacturing of fermentation-based Active Pharmaceutical Ingredients (APIs) and formulations.

The redesigned website will incorporate an updated design language, intuitive navigation, and a structured content architecture that highlights the company's scientific strength, innovative capabilities, and global standards.

A robust backend content management system will be implemented to ensure the internal team can independently and efficiently update key sections such as Investor PDFs, API and Formulation product details, and other dynamic content.

The website will also prominently showcase the company's facilities, R&D units, and CSR initiatives through a mix of high-quality images, videos, motion graphics, and interactive visual elements.

As our lists of deliverables grew with some of our largest furniture retail clients, so did the need for additional support in post-production to expand the team. This solution needed implementing quickly to keep up with the increased demand. Along with fresh ideas that would play well in social media and beyond, a solid understanding of motion graphics was required to execute many of the needs. Over 200 deliverables supporting a handful of clients were created during this time.

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

2-4 hour time investment per :30 sec of content created while maintaining both VIA and our client's quality expectations.

Our project manager was attentive and courteous, and did their best to dive right in and understand a pretty complicated post world within retail. Requests were always met with a good attitude and if ever questions arose, they did not hesitate to ask for clarity. Often times the  projects assigned had deliverables with looser deadlines allowing for a bit more exploration than normally provided. On the projects with hard deadlines, we were able to work closely with our PM to ensure they were delivering on time or at least timely delivering to our internal team the assets necessary to carry the project through to final. Long distance communication initially posed a threat as our teams were several time zones removed from one another. However, we were able to work out a cadence of communication between our PM and our local team that kept us on track.

Communication Crafts' constant communication and willingness to ensure the final product meets expectations stood out. Their dedication to "getting it right" demonstrated their client-first approach, and they were always open to collaboration and feedback. This aligned with our own values and made for a quick fit.

Consistency is one area where there is room for improvement. While we were ultimately able to achieve the desired outcomes through feedback and revisions, initial edits within the same project sometimes varied, giving the impression they were completed by different editors without alignment. This approach is entirely acceptable when presenting creative options to explore different directions. However, when not communicated as an intentional strategy, it can create confusion and add unnecessary time to the process.

Our project consisted of moving a 3,000+ page site and it's subdomain with it's 4,000+ posts from a private server to a cloud-based server. And while doing so, update the design of the site and subsite to provide a more user-friendly, mobile-friendly, and modern design. Content management was crucial, as well as being able to work on a staging site while the live sites were still in use.

Key deliverables were based on design implementation, which included a custom home page that integrated updates from the subdomain while maintaining some static information from the main site and enhanced sorting and search functionality for the posts to make the content more engaging and a better user experience.

The success of this progress was based on the execution of each portion of the project and the ability to deliver the requests of the client and implement the designs/features desired. Which they did. There was nothing that we asked for that wasn't able to be handled; Communication Craft successfully completed our requests. Any roadblock that came up, they handled as well.

Communication Crafts has a great understanding of each task needed and allots specified time for such. Our team leader communicated very well and delivered what they said they would when they said they would. I was never waiting on them. During our work together, they were very responsive to our requests and even when on holiday or weekends, were clear about what we could do if there was an urgent matter.

To me, it is quite impressive that they can -- and do -- always find a way. There were a few hiccups (which were no fault of anyone; just things that came up in our large project), and I could always trust that the CC team would look into and figure it out. Their ability to troubleshoot coding issues (especially on our platform which dates back 10+ years of plugin/edits!) was uncanny. They are good at what they do. They deliver a successful result no matter what.

They were tasked with the creation of a new, visually appealing and clean business website that amalgamated our previous 3 location based websites into a single website with a lot of information and dental specific needs. 

They were specifically asked to come up with a good design template, source out applicable stock photography and video specific to our needs, simplify the user experience in order to have them find the relevant information quickly and efficiently and also created an email template to allow for user contact and feedback. They also needed to incorporate our custom photography and digitally alter as necessary to fit our design esthetic.

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

• They gave us a timeline and were very consistent with providing good results within those timeframes.
• The work was always completed properly with little correction or modification necessary. Most changes were due to our assets (Custom photography) not being ready for them. 
• They always responded promptly and carefully to any suggested changes and their suggestions throughout enhanced the final product immeasurably.

They had a well organized team approach that consisted of various specialists in web design aspects.We had a few design idea virtual team meetings that were productive and fruitful; once the design template was ready most of our communication was via email. 

Due to a time difference most issues were dealt with overnight from the day of reporting them but they were always receptive and ready to make the project better. The project was completed on time; the only thing that delayed it somewhat was asset collection (photography) on our end.

They were able to take my design musings and thoughts and manifest them efficiently and accurately. The process was greatly simplified as I found they were able to intuitively give me what I was looking for. I had originally planned on using a company that specializes in dental website creation but Communication Crafts was able create one for us that rivals anything created by a specialized company.

I have no complaints with the quality of work, customer service, attentiveness or responsiveness. The final results speak for themselves. I just wish they were local; but I was happy to work with such a talented team.

Communication crafts has done numerous videos for our client’s virtual galas. They have helped design a stage for a virtual graduation, along with videos announcing student’s college acceptances. They have also designed posts and videos for two different social media accounts.

They have edited recap videos of livestreams, events, and vlogs. Our team will assign the Communication crafts team with the instructions for the video and provide any asssets that are needed. Once we get a draft we will send over any edits, if necessary, and the team will work on those until we approve.

Our team communicates and meets directly with the project managers. If there are any questions regarding the project the project manager will let us know. Our team uses Click-Up for project management and Communication Crafts has adapted to our system and they have been great at it!

Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

Our clients have been very happy with the content that has been produced. They have helped us with a Virtual Senior celebration, recap videos from events, and social media content. Our social media account has never been more active. It’s not filled with awesome and informative content.

Describe their project management style, including communication tools and timeliness.

Our workflow is very efficient and effective. We communicate using Slack and have meetings over Zoom. We assign projects using Click-Up and the Communication Crafts team has adjusted to our workflow over Click-Up very well.

If there are any questions they will ask us to clarify. All assignments are done professionally and promptly.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

Our team was immediately impressed with Communication Crafts from the first project. They are fast and have understood the task at hand. There were very few edits that were needed because the project was so nicely done.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

So far, it’s been a great experience.
