To bridge the gap between our initially perceived idea and the final product, the engineering team wireframed the mobile apps and web application. After conducting a technical feasibility assessment, they prepared UI/UX designs for us, and sent the samples, to incorporate our feedback and changes. The engineers essentially designed an interactive and engaging UI for the front end. The team also tested the app at regular intervals which helped in keeping the cost low and building a high-quality app.

The team carried out a feasibility analysis to gauge if the software would be profitable in the long run, and evaluated all factors affecting the project development. We wanted an agency that could expand our band reach, evaluate our website traffic, determine the best online platforms to invest in, and continually maintain the balance between our marketing activities and the results they provide. CodeNinja was hired to provide a wide variety of marketing services.

Staying on top of the varying business trends and becoming a master in every area of digital marketing was not something we wanted to deal with on our own. Hiring CodeNinja to manage the more technical aspects of our digital marketing strategy enabled us to focus on other areas of the business that fell under our expertise. The different marketing tactics used by the company to attract the ideal customers were the deciding factors for us.

On the SEO side, they create content for the website including our pages as well as blogs throughout the month. They help manage the e-commerce tracking on our online enrollment site. They create and deploy our paid search and paid social advertising. They constantly come to the table with new ideas and recommendations based on current trends and opportunities.

There were 3 people from the vendor’s team who worked with us. One was a digital marketing strategist and the other two were an SEO specialist and a content marketer respectively.

Our online reach have increases, our cost per click has decreased and our website has more traffic going to it from organic sources.

The management style reflected the brilliant repute of the company. Each requirement was fulfilled with proficiency coupled with advice and action that called for considerable dexterity. Most of the communication was held through email, WhatsApp and direct calls.

I hired Chaudhry A. through Upwork from where he vetted for CodeNinja as one of the country’s leading technology companies. He then scheduled a call between us. After a thorough discussion with the technical team, I had 100% trust in them.

It all started with a great collaboration between the two parties. Then came the brainstorming and onboarding session. This process helps in the visualization of what is to be accomplished. The project's initial scope was defined here. It is performed so that projects are aligned with the strategic objectives for Bulletproof Performance.
Then, as per CodeNinja’s terminologies, there came a planning stage. A planning stage was where the project plans were documented, deliverables and requirements were defined, and the project schedule was created.
Then they worked on converting my idea into the designs and gave them a visual form before the Frontend coding of the design. Before deploying onto the live website, they ran the whole system through the set QA standards.

There was a team of developers on my project. One was the project manager himself – Chaudhry, two frontend guys, one backend expert - Ateeq, two graphic designers or UI/UX, and one SQA.

The project have been successful delivery which satisfies the initial requirements and was accepted by the end-customer.
How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?
The project manager and developer are easy to communicate via phone and email. We arrange weekly meeting with the developer team to update the development progress. Even most of the information was addressed via email, it basically still convey the main needs.
What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?
Developers understood the problem and react quickly. They be able to suggest and recommend different alternatives to address an issue.
Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?
The project management tracking process can be improved using some common tools which allow all members to easy track and update project status. Available working time of each member should be visible which allow for communication and scheduling purpose.
