The project delivered a working MVP knowledge assistant that met Pilio’s business and technical requirements. Progress and success were demonstrated through the following measurable outcomes: 

• 100% of MVP modules delivered and tested — including authentication, document upload/embedding, GPT chat, document management, token tracking, and admin panel.
• UAT pass rate > 90% on critical test cases (authentication, document management, context embedding, token usage enforcement). 
• System successfully processed multiple document formats (PDF, Word, Excel) up to 10MB with accurate text extraction and embeddings.
• Secure data isolation verified — all user-uploaded files and conversations were private, with no cross-user data leakage in UAT.
• Token usage tracking validated — caps enforced per user, with clear notifications on quota breaches.
• Deployment readiness — the application was deployed in a staging/UAT environment that mirrored production, including SMTP integration, secure storage, and GPT API connectivity

This engagement included updates to the system including improved filtering to help investors identify the right opportunties. We also rolled out additional user administration features and access rights to ensure the appropriate information is shared with the appropriate users. 

In addition to system updates, we also rolled out an iniital batch of features to allow fund administrators to support their capital raise using the Impact Index. This functionality provides the back end support to further extend these services.

The medicine procurement enterprise web application includes a comprehensive set of features designed to streamline the ordering and supply chain management process. 

The Director General of Health Services (DGHS) has the ability to upload the MCC vendor list and the standard medicine list (SML), which outlines the minimum required quantities of each medicine for different types of facilities. This foundational data ensures that all orders adhere to established guidelines. 

District Health Officers (DHOs) enter their medicine budgets into the system and specify the number and types of facilities they want to place orders for. Based on this information, the application generates a suggested order sheet that can be customized by the DHOs. They have the option to select specific vendors or medicines, and they can adjust quantities as needed. Any adjustments that exceed or fall below the SML guidelines require justification, promoting accountability and transparency. Once the order is confirmed, the system generates a digital supply order (SO) that can be printed and manually sent to vendors. Once orders are delivered to the warehouse, storekeepers update the application with a copy of the delivery challan for each order. This continuous tracking provides real-time visibility into the supply chain, enabling timely interventions and ensuring inventory levels are accurately maintained, empowering the District Health Officers (DHOs) to make informed decisions.
