We selected this vendor because of their experience in Application Testing and the number of projects they had worked on prior to our project. They have substantial experience in the field of QA Testing.

The project was to test all of the features of our Mac App Store and Microsoft Store screenshot applications. They added any issues or bugs in our tracking software and did a great job in communicating these issues to our development team.

We worked directly with their lead QA tester.

We were able to get our applications tested and figured out any issues or bugs in the applications to be fixed by our development team. They did a great job in testing all of the parts of the application to make sure all of the basis were covered in terms of Application Testing.

The communication was great. I was always able to ask them questions or have them provide feedback. We have had no trouble in establishing a good workflow with CodeAutomation.ai.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

They pay great attention to detail and are great at communication. They always responded back in a timely manner. They are great at Application Testing and were able to find a couple of things that we were able to then resolve in development. It's great to have a great app testing team because they can identify issues before they reach our users.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

I think they have done an amazing job for our applications. There is nothing I would change.

The most impressive thing I found about CodeAutomation was how they had a comprehensive team of software developers, project managers, and test engineers to complete the project and were able to collaborate with each other in meeting the deliverables. I have worked with other development firms and CodeAutomation brings together multiple skillsets and it is like an extension of my team. They are very well-versed in technology and able to explain difficult concepts with sound recommendations.

Overall, my experience with CodeAutomation was amazing as the team was able to meet all of my requirements and deliver the project ahead of schedule. The only thing I would recommend with CodeAutomation is to schedule our meetings a little earlier in the day. This did not impact the project and would only improve my overall experience.
