I try not to be critical but this was one of the worst experiences I have had. The initial scrip was terrible - probably something they got in a minute from chatgpt so i ended up writing it. They used barber and grocery photos for a construction scaffolding video which had nothing to do with anything.

When I asked them to revise and correct the issues they'd send the same stuff back.  After a few rounds of that I gave up and asked for my money back because of the "satisfaction guarantee" but refused to refund it.  Spare yourself the time, frustration and money and find another company.

Phil our Project Manager was fantastic. Really communicative, really attentive to our feedback, and polite throughout. He made sure we always knew what the next steps were and when we work with Cloud Animations again, we'll specifically ask to work with him.

• First, we provide our vision for the project and tell them about our business
• Second, they come up with a script for our video and we review it if we don't like it they also revise it until we approve
• Third, after the script, they work on our sample theme. they provided the theme in 3 days, and we instantly loved it
• Fourth, They took up to a week and provided a storyboard which gave us an idea about the visual direction of our video
• Fifth, They gave us a list of voice-over artists to select for the voice-over of our video.
• Sixth, They provide the final version of the video they also provide multiple revisions but we didn't have to revise much, we liked everything they were sharing.

We were working with Phil, who was our project manager. He provided weekly updates and made sure that we are satisfied with everything before moving on to the next step.

project management was really good. They use Zoom for the meetings and e-mails for the weekly updates. They response was fast and our feedbacks were implemented.
