Our marketing team in London discovered Cleverly and the benefits that they could offer us, especially growing my contact database in Africa within certain industries.

We us our internal email database to keep in touch with existing contacts. Cleverly helped us to grow the database to reach new contacts in Africa. The new contacts were added to the internal database after initial calls. MailChimp is used to share our monthly newsletter

From the local perspective it was the Business Development Director, the marketing coordinator at Head Office and the client account manager at Cleverly.

Can you share any measurable outcomes of the project or general feedback about the deliverables?

Our LinkedIn Campaign was great we had way above acceptance rate for invitations and also above average call rates. We managed to grow our database and have had some enquiries about our service offering from potential clients.

We had regular communication with Cleverly and they were very responsive when we had requests to alter the campaign.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

They were very responsive. The set-up was really smooth and easy.

The location of our client manager made it difficult to have calls during business hours in Europe.

The workflow with Cleverly was seamless. My assigned account exec, Michael Catanzaro, was available to me anytime I needed help with the platform, new sequences, updates or search parameters. In a time when communication is often very frustrating, Cleverly was a 10 out of 10!

The quality of the product was proven by the successful outcomes, the attentiveness of their employees to my needs was exceptional, and the time to onboard and meet talent deliverable was expeditious but qualitatively not sacrificed!

We considered several LinkedIn Lead Generation experts, however Cleverly stood out due to the easy and efficient process, and being able to manage the campaign separately, via the Cleverly dashboard. The Managers do not have a huge amount of time to be manually utilisng LinkedIn for lead generation, so this process is quick and easy for them to use.

Cleverly assists us in reviewing and optimizing the individual LinkedIn profiles of the Managers running the campaign, assist with compiling a list of our target audience and target jurisdictions, manage the individual campaigns with us, help draft appropriate messaging with interesting calls to action, review, and follow-up on a regular basis to make sure the campaign is performing highly and the stats remain good, on hand to assist with any inquiries throughout the campaign

Our main point of contact is with our Account Manager.

Can you share any outcomes from the engagement that demonstrate progress or success?

By using Cleverly to manage LinkedIn Lead Generation, we have, managed to save considerable time coordinating this type of activity manually, especially so Manager's can focus on client work instead.

The campaign has established meetings with new contacts and introduced us to new firms/contacts who may have clients who require our services.

Our Account Manager is quick at responding - even with the time difference between the US and the various offices (we have offices in nine different jurisdictions around the world so finding a time that suits everyone is not always easy). We have regular follow-up/progress meetings with our Account Manager.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

How adaptable our Account Manager is at helping us compile lists of our target audience across multiple geographies, not just in the US or our home countries. Their experience in drafting appropriate and successful LinkedIn messages is very helpful.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

We have several Cleverly campaigns running, across the different offices, at the same time. It would be useful to have automated reminders for deadlines, progress reports, etc.

How did you select this firm and what were the deciding factors?

We were looking for a company that gave us a flexible path to searching for, identifying, and automatically communicating with potential candidates based on their LinkedIn profiles. Ultimately those capabilities drove the show. Thereafter, speed, cost, and flexibility were key priorities.

Cleverly offered a really low lift onboarding experience where our team submitted responses to a Google form helping to tailor our candidate search criteria. The cleverly team then input all criteria into LinkedIn and set up outreach notes/cadences to help attract clients with our brand voice. Once we signed off, they sent everything live and provided us with a portal to manage follow-up communications from, along with monitoring KPIs.

Can you share any outcomes from the engagement that demonstrate progress or success?

We've sent about 1000 candidate outreaches, have connected with nearly 430, and have turned about 100 into actual hiring conversations. Pretty great results for the cost, especially vis a vis recruiters.

How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?

This is all done in email and GoogleForms. While not tremendously sleek or 'enterprise', it frankly makes it super easy on our end. No training required.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

Responsiveness whenever we want to update campaigns or post new jobs. We send over the new requirements, they configure and are live in a couple of days. They make our lives super easy.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

Their web app/portal is a little basic and lags sometimes, but ultimately, it does still get the job done

I needed to easily reach targeted people on Linkedin without wasting time in sales navigator doing one-off outreach. Cleverly was the best choice and delivered more than I expected.

Incredible! I had more leads than iI knew what to do with and they were quality! I even had to use the campaigns to catch up there was so much interest and I work with alternative companies so this was a wonderful surprise!

Amazing, I was able to call or email, and within hours, I had my shift already launched in the program.

I am impressed with the quality and quantity of leads and the response rate for their campaigns. They have done this enough to make it feel very individualized so folks really think you wrote a personal message.

Cleverly came recommended to me as an option worth exploring from another marketing colleague. I was slightly hesitant because I didn't believe the potential they were anticipating. However, the cost was affordable so I thought it would be worth a trial of 3-6 months.

Stage 1 created our basic connection and offer funnel for marketing leaders. Stage 2 tested it in our local market. Stage 3 tested it in a nearby market. Stage 4 expanded the profile we were targeting. Stage 5 narrowed the target profile but expanded the footprint and honed the offering.

We continue to get engagement with qualified prospects from our Stage 5 campaign. As a solopreneur, it is an effective use of my time. There have been several times that I needed to pause the system because I had so many prospects.

All the customer service requests that I have had have been resolved in 24 hours. Very quick customer service even though they are in PST and I'm in EST with a 3 hour difference.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

The Cleverly product and team have worked to maximize my communication to the prospective market leveraging my assets and consistently delivered qualified prospects.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

After 3 months into my subscription they raised the price (doubled the monthly fee from $99 to $199). I asked a question about that and got a personal response from the president. I continued with my subscription because it delivered value far beyond what I was paying. I occasionally provide suggestions for tweak for the customer interface but those are usually minor.

The results are the worst we have ever experienced paying for a monthly service. Our net loss is 100% of every dollar spent.

How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?

Three to four emails that I had to initiate as to the dismal performance of they're service and try to make adjustments. Well, that failed 100% as well..

What did you find most impressive about this company?

ZERO, the company has a *Keep Billing Em Process* even if they are not monitoring they're own failures on promises of the campaign to the customer. No one at Cleverly will notify you of your campaign's dismal failing attempts or contact you to figure out if it is working OR Not!!

Are there any areas for improvement?

No Comment: As for a company that promises something they prophesize on they're website and they can't deliver (ONE) lead in 120 days needs to address internally their moral compass when you don't help the customer realize it is not working.

They should help their clients make changes that really work and produce results that benefit both parties. Instead they just kept billing us for the same thing that never worked from DAY ONE.
