Chomp Creative Studio created a 90-second animated explainer video for us to use as a “hero video” on our website, by our sales team, across owned storefronts, and in paid ads. The team handled the entire production from start to finish.

We received fantastic feedback on the video from our internal team and our agency partners. The video brought a new level of professionalism to our company given the high quality. Our CEO’s feedback was, “OMG, I love it; it’s amazing.”

They had fantastic project management. The team was clear and communicative. I appreciated their use of Asana to keep us organized. They followed up when we were delayed on feedback to keep us on track and met our goal timeline of having the video finalized by the end of the year.

The final video exceeded expectations and received fantastic feedback from both our internal team and agency partners, bringing a new level of professionalism to our company. We needed to create a video for a trade show booth to show our capabilities and background.

What was the scope of their involvement?

Chomp Creative Studio handled the complete production of the video, including the selection of stock images, music, integration of product animation, creation of titles, and transitions. They were responsible for delivering a production with a consistent look and feel across five different chapters. The final product was intended to be modular so that different product and market-focused segments could be cut into shorter, but still comprehensive and complete productions.

We provided a rough storyboard, which included reference clips that they refined and project managed.

We used the video at a trade show as the key passive communication method with attendees, and it generally contributed to raising our profile and the perception of the quality of our brand. We received very positive direct feedback from trade show attendees and our team about the video’s effectiveness.

We worked together from July to August 2025.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

We were able to use the video across our blog, YouTube, other social channels, and ads, as well as equip the sales team with it for prospect and customer conversations and training. It got a lot of mileage and was received very well. Its performance in our ads validated the need to develop more videos for other campaigns.

Internally, colleagues and leadership thought it was a great video.

Al and the teams planning and clear communication made this a very fun project to be a part of. Our client was looking for our expertise in helping their vision come to life and Chomp did just that. Chomp was able to even accommodate client last minute request during the post-editing phase.
