Had to work out some initial kinks in communication and expectations but we got to a good spot very quickly

Santiago is very bought in and cares about his clients. Weby Agency wanted to drive good results and be involved in the process.
Are there any areas for improvement?
Understanding that clients have different communication and feedback style. I give a lot of feedback, and i don't think he was expecting my conviction on certain things. In the beginning, he definitely made me feel like i was a high maintenance client and that i should be going with everything he suggested, when i had strong opinions about things otherwise as the brand owner.
