What was the scope of their involvement?
First, Santiago (CEO & Co-Founder) brought constructive thought patterns and analogies as to why approaching my product to a different market would essentially bring me to a different platform. Their team optimized the visual branding, layout, and content of our website including its homepage, product page, and sustainability value-add.
Next, we’ll move on to social media. We focused on the website first because we needed to articulate how our product has sustainability and a good carbon footprint.

The VP of sales and marketing at one of the forerunners in recycling looked at our current changes on the website. One of the reasons they’re looking at doing a collaboration with us is because of some of the changes that Santiago suggested for our website. Their artwork is unquestionable; it’s second to none. I’m blown away.

Their project management is over the top. Weby Agency’s timing and responsiveness are great. They communicated well through phone calls and email. Santiago sent a document where we could hear his voice over the artwork. I was totally dumbfounded. He used modern technology to get his point across.

Weby Agency handled the copywriting, design work, and website development and integration. I wanted the site to be clean, eye-catching, and concise. From a UX point of view, the customer funnel needed to be in one or two phases until checkout because otherwise, the bounce rate would increase.

The timeline could improve. If you’re working with them, it’s best to expand your timeline. If you’re expecting things to be done in a month, it’s not going to work.

Make sure to clearly define exactly what you’re looking for and what you want. Clear that up very early during the engagement. If it happens during the development, the changes will be difficult and cost a lot more.
