Our scope was very clear that we needed a RPO and appointment setting services to support our current Team.

CFT came up with a very strategic approach which have streamlined our current Recruitment and Sales Department.

What was the team composition?

Currently we have 5 offshore recruiters and 2 appointment setting experts.

Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

Since the time we partnered with CFT consulting our revenue grew by 150% every month and we have also streamlined our recruitment process overall in volume hiring.

How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?

It was seamless since we CFT Consulting is very knowledgeable about Recruitment and B2B industry.

They have a assigned a dedicated Account Manager, who communicates on a daily basis by emails and MS Teams. Overall we are really impressed with the quick responses from each Team member assigned on our project.

What did you find most impressive about this company?

We were really impressed by the capabilities, quality, speed and the positive approach.

Team at CFT are patient from the beginning till date. I would highly recommend them to anyone who is looking out for offshore recruitment and sales support.

I am the managing partner of an IT services company based out of Chicago, that has been in business for over 23 years. We support a variety of clients in varied business areas.

We hired them to find suitable project managers, lead IT consultants with the appropriate skills and qualifications in a short time frame mainly in the SalesForce and Cloud developers.

What were your goals for this project?

Our goal was to initiate the project with the appropriate team which has the right skills and completes the project in a successful manner. We did this project for a government department which resulted in us getting repeat business because of the quality of consultants we deployed on the project.

We have worked with this team in the past for over 5 years.

Due to the nature of the NDA that we signed with the government, we cannot share details of the project. However, the project was a digital transformation initiative. We had to build a team in a short time frame and we were ably assisted by CFT Consulting.

The team had one project Manager, Two Leads and 3 Consultants

The project was a grand success which resulted in us getting repeat work.

We had a smooth relationship, the communication was good and their team members were very knowledgeable and cooperative. We had some starting issues but they were resolved very quickly

There is always scope for improvements in the process, perhaps developing an online dashboard for reporting.

I’m the director of business development at an IT services company. We offer end-to-end IT staffing as well as IT solutions in various web applications and security cloud.

What challenge were you trying to address with CFT Consulting?

We have a team of in-house recruiters. We had other clients so we thought we could add some more remote recruiters. We were looking for a reliable company that could help us with offshore recruitment.

What was the scope of their involvement?

We hired one of their remote recruiters who served as an extension of our team. We would provide them with the required positions, whether it was a Salesforce, DevOps, or Cloud engineer. The team would work on different job portals, such as Dice, Monster, or CareerBuilder. Afterward, they would send us solid candidates who we would then forward to our clients. 

What is the team composition?

We work with two teammates, including an account manager.

I found them while searching online. 

How much have you invested with them?

We spend about $40,000–$50,000 in a year.

What is the status of this engagement?

We’ve been working with them for about a year now, since July 2019, and our engagement is ongoing. We’re going to add more people from their team.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement? 

They’ve been very helpful. So far, they’ve been the best RPO service provider we’ve worked with. Because of them, I’ve been able to grow. 

How did CFT Consulting perform from a project management standpoint?

CFT Consulting is well-organized. In terms of requirement gathering, they are very particular. They always try to coordinate over the phone or through Microsoft Teams.

They follow our methods of work, so the relationship is going well. CFT Consulting charges you for one person but there’s always an account manager who is monitoring and is available according to the EST timezone.

What did you find most impressive about them?

Their quality makes them stand out. I don’t feel like they’re an extended team; I feel like I’m working with my own team. CFT Consulting works very closely with us and puts 100% effort in order to achieve their targets. They’ve always met their targets.

Are there any areas they could improve?

No, I have no suggestions.

Do you have any advice for potential customers?

If you provide them with accurate requirements and flow of work, they will follow them. If you give them the right tools and are upfront with your requirements, CFT Consulting will outperform.
