• Website has very easy navigation flow, which is resulting in an increased number of subscribers.

Very responsive, positive attitude and diligent. The website was complex so it was difficult to predict the time all milestones would take to complete, but we had open communication and we are very happy with the end result.

The project was supposed to be a simpler task, but ended up becoming more complex and demanding much more time than predicted. The team managed to migrate the store in due time. After migration, many changes incurred that were delivered promptly.

Less time spent on backend development

Communication with the representative was relatively easy and efficient. Most project goals were addressed in a timely manner and deadlines were met. If there was any issue afterwards, it was quickly resolved and nothing was left unfinished.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

The creativity and initiative was far beyond other teams that I have worked with and we have managed to create a roadmap and follow it through, step by step. Also, the patience they showed was a big plus, being able to always fix any unforeseen issue.

Are there any areas for improvement or something Cart Blender could have done differently?

Given the situation I believe the team was very responsive and worker well on the project. However, a bit more attention to detail would round up their otherwise good work ethic and creativity that they displayed along the whole time.

The site works great, looks good, fast, the design is at my request. The website translation is excellent and straight to the right.

We talked through WhatsApp mostly. The answer is usually quick and easy. There was a bit of a delay in submitting the proxy caused by the Russia Ukraine war, a bit of a delay from our side. All in all, it was perfectly fine and Taras was determined to finish the project and encouraged us to respond and be ready to go live

Professionalism, reliability, quick response, broad knowledge of website transfer and design

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

We got what we wanted, and everything works great! now after two or three months we are always thinking about improvement and the company provides a solution of development and maintenance. Overall great!

we used to be contact with Taras, which lead the project together with some other developers. not sure the numbers.

very patients. we found in QA issues and Taras and his team used to solve them quickly and efficiently. also, all our requirements were accomplished successfully

The risk with migrating a subscription business is the migration of customers not working and losing lots of people - however, this did not happen and the migration was pretty much seamless!
