We were given multiple options to select from, permitted to offer feedback which was heard and applied and we got more value than anticipated on each project.

They are experts but did not impose their style on our project. They asked questions, gained a clear understanding of our desired outcome, and delivered!

They can only grow and become capable of completing more and larger projects. Their ability far exceeds their current size.

I work for the largest producer of hardwood plywood in North America. I'm the Executive Director of our Corporate Foundation.

For what projects/services did your company hire Captivate Media, and what were your goals?

We produced a new employee orientation video. This video is used in conjunction with our other on-boarding tools.

How did you select this vendor and what were the deciding factors?

We looked for a video production company in our area who had a reputation of meeting deadlines and producing excellent work. It was an added benefit when we discovered that this was also a minority owned business.

We started with a discovery meeting, then a list of topics that we wanted included in the project followed by a list of interview questions that would be used to produce the message we intended. The video shoot took place in two locations and was completed in one day. This was extremely impressive given that the two locations were 100 miles apart. The Captivate Media team was very thorough and efficient.

Who did you work with and what was the feedback process like?

We worked with the owner and production team. Feedback process was simple and painless.

While we initially produced this video to introduce new hires to the corporate culture of our organization, we have since found other uses for this video. Many of our existing employees have expressed how much they enjoyed the video and wished that we had something like it available when they first began work

The production team was easy to work with. They were very conscientious, accommodating and provided timely updates.

Their ability to grasp our interest and turn it into a 4-minute video that accurately captured our culture and spirit.

We hired Captivate to shoot interviews and b-roll footage of brand new multi-use development in High Point, NC.

How did you select this vendor and what were the deciding factors?

We had met Justin and his team a few times on our trips to see our client in High Point. We hired them for some smaller projects and they were always a joy to work with, so when this bigger project came up, they were the obvious choice to shoot for us.

We hired Captivate for a turnkey location shoot. We provided direction on set and edited the final videos, but they did everything in between, providing full crew and gear. They were fantastic to work with.

The Captivate team both offered great ideas and took direction well. Our teams worked seamlessly together and the result was great footage and a package of videos that exceeded our client's expectations.
