We needed help managing our network’s infrastructure, cybersecurity, and other IT-related tasks.

What was the scope of their involvement?
Camera Corner is our managed services provider (MSP). They’ve assigned a specific engineer who visits our office twice a week for half days to take care of our advanced technical needs.
They look into security logs, ensure that our networks and programs are working correctly, and help us with Microsoft Intune. Additionally, they are also handling our cybersecurity. If there are any alerts or issues, they will hop on and take a look.
Camera Corner is also monitoring our network. If there are any outages, they alert us and work on getting things back up.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?
Our outage times are very minimal, and we’ve never had any security breaches and compromises. Anytime there’s an incident, Camera Coner is quick to respond and handle whatever the issue is. We don’t have to work too much about the technical particulars of recovering from anything that might have happened.
How did Camera Corner Connecting Point perform from a project management standpoint?
Camera Corner works very well, and they’ve stayed within our timelines. We communicate through in-person meetings, Microsoft Teams, and phone calls.
What did you find most impressive about them?
Camera Corner has good reporting tools that allow us to know various information, such as the status of our environment or the warranty coverage of our computers.
Are there any areas they could improve?
They can improve their communication. The assigned engineer to us is a good communicator, but there’s room for improvement for Camera Corner as a whole.
Do you have any advice for potential customers?
Be straightforward, and don’t beat around the bush. They’re there to help you as long as they know your problems.
