We brought on Callbox to act as our sales and marketing entity. In partnering with them, our goal is to schedule appointments with qualified leads.

What was the scope of their involvement?
At the beginning of the project, they spent a significant amount of time learning about our business. Then they created an outreach campaign that involves everything from LinkedIn messaging to phone calls and traditional emails.
They’re constantly sending out marketing materials to attract potential clients. They reach out to people through a wide variety of channels because they understand how different approaches resonate with different audiences.
Then they qualify leads and schedule calls with those who would be a good fit for our business. When they schedule an appointment, I get a calendar invite to a sales call.
Before I call the leads, Callbox is responsible for providing information that will help me be successful in our introduction calls. Usually, they compile 4-6 lines that summarize who the person is, what assistance they’re looking for, and what kind of organizations they have.

They take the time to understand our business. Other companies I’ve worked with just dump lists of contacts into sequences and hope that it generates leads. In comparison, Callbox follows a multi-pronged approach. They don’t just make phone calls, but they’re also trying to generate traction through LinkedIn and emails at the same time.
Are there any areas they could improve?
I’d like to see a little more variety in their messaging. Right now, they’re working on making a video to include in our outreach emails. It was a great idea, and I’d love to see more of their ideas.

New clients have to be ready to dedicate themselves to the partnership as well. It’s not a set it and forget it experience. They need to participate and hold themselves accountable. They were very good. Melisa was excellent. They did special reports for us which included the information we requested from them. If there were ever any issues they were extremely supportive. Callbox did everything they could to support us.

For each initiative, we provide Callbox with some target qualifications and some guidelines regarding the make-up of our audience.
