The director, Enrique, is exceptionally talented and creative. He is patient, detail-oriented, and, most importantly, holds himself to very high standards in his work. He also has a strong ability to understand our needs and consistently delivers results that exceed expectations.

We needed Enrique and his team to produce a b-roll centric shoot local to the client's property in Texas. We needed to trust Enrque and his team to be proactive and deliver great content on behalf of our client since I couldn't be onset. Enrqiue crewed part of shoot but also worked well with talent we brought in (our Director and actors). He was easy to work with, understanding of the client's needs and proactive in his approach to capture the best quality content.

The visuals are gorgeous and the client was thrilled! We were able to bring him on for another part of the project in Florida with equally stunning visuals and final deliverables. At the end of the day, he made us look good.

We offered Enrique and his team a shot list prior to production, but he was able to create another version specific to his findings on the location scout the day prior to production. The final files he shared were stellar and exactly what our editor needed to deliver our final edits.

Enrique's been great to work with and I know we'll continue to pull him and his team into projects as the roll through my slate. He's quick to respond and proacitve in his approach -- incredibly important when we're on a deadline or genreal quick turn approaches.

Outside the knowledget that Enrique just "gets it" and delivers great work, it's been super useful to my comapny that Enrique can work local to Miami and the Austin-area.

We hired Caldera Film for the production of a corporate video and, for the video and photographic shots during an important event for us, the launching/opening of our Latin America Headquarters.

We selected this vendor after several interviews with multiple vendors. Caldera Films was chosen due to their high commitment to the work, flexibility, best production tools (cameras, lens, light, etc), production skill, quality, experience in similar jobs and customer's size, and the best proposal.

We started presenting what is our company, our products, and the purpose of the video we are looking for. Then, Caldera took some pictures of the venue, asked the names of each product and main features, and spoke with his team to later on, we discuss the potential script for the movie. Once decided it, he makes the pre-selection of the actors and sends for our decision.

Who did you work with and what was the feedback process like?

I worked directly with Enrique Caldera. His feedback was very fast or when it was not possible, he gave me a tentative day when can I expect to have it.

The video Caldera made about our Latin America Headquarters is helping us to demonstrate to our clients, the venue and the comprehensive healthcare portfolio we have dedicated to them.

In terms of project management, Caldera was very precise on timeliness and very active in reply us, even on weekends, by email or text.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

Caldera is unique in many aspects! The company's owner was directly involved in every detail, ensuring quality of the projects and meeting the client's expectations. They're extremely punctual, they were ready and waiting outside our office every time 30 minutes before our appointment.

Who else do that? In the project managment, they deliver feature or service higher than we expected or, had agreed to. For example, We negotiated a service of 3 hours, they stayed 5 hours, we request some actors for performance as doctors and nurses, they introduced us to actors that are really nurses and biomedical doctors elevated the performance of the video due to their experience in handling medical devices.

They deeply researched our brand and business to understand our needs and create the video script quickly and with high quality.

Nothing because they were just perfect!

We needed to create a video for our landing page.

We had an initial conversation with Caldera Films and met once we were clear on what we were trying to accomplish and sell. They gave us a questionnaire in an interview-style meeting to figure out what we would talk about in the video. 

After that, Caldera Films created the script. We knew what we wanted to say but didn’t know how to do it, and they gave the video structure with their script. 

Caldera Films booked the location. We scheduled the shooting day, and they had everything set up when we arrived and provided all the necessary equipment. For the postproduction, they showed us a couple of edits, and we asked them to add some animated graphics and voiceovers.

We mainly worked with Enrique (CEO), who had a filming crew helping with the production.

The video was uploaded to our website, and it has many views. Our teammates and customers were impressed, and we received positive feedback. Overall, we were happy with the result; the video came across really well and conveyed our desired message. We had an amazing experience working with Caldera Films.

Caldera Films was excellent at communicating and understanding what we were selling. We had Zoom meetings and phone calls and used Frame.io to share the video edits.

Caldera Films is very good at video production. We were looking for a high-quality video, and they delivered it. They have a specialized team, and we’d definitely work with them again for future projects.

They are a professional team, and the project director Enrique's execution ability is very good, and the communication process is very perfect, And Laura from their team is also very professional on the projects we are in charge of!

As we shared ideas and discussed the shoot it became clear that we were all on the same page.

If there is any immediate problem during the project execution, their team will immediately notify us and solve it, they asked for our feedback and implemented it quickly. They finished the work in our expected timeline, too.

Their commitment to learning about our business and doing the necessary research at the start was impressive. It felt like they truly cared about our needs and wanted to help us reach our goals. Also, their creativity was remarkable.
