Please describe your company and your position there.

I’m the CEO of Be At Ease Co., a company that seeks to help people overcome anxiety, stress, worry, and fear in life by providing simple reminders to be at ease. We do this by creating great consumer products and digital content that can be used on a daily basis.

For what projects/services did your company hire Caffeine Marketing?

We were looking for assistance on building a website and increasing sales. We sought a design that would attract customers directly to our product offerings.

What were your goals for this project?

We basically wanted to increase sales and grow our business.

How did you select this vendor?

I learned about Caffeine Marketing through a friend. I was searching for consulting help and had heard great things about them. They were exactly what I was looking for.

They redesigned our website in order to help us attract the most customers we can to our product offerings. They made the process much simpler than it used to be.

Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

Since the beginning of our collaboration, we have redesigned our website and sold out of our inventory.

The workflow was great. They were always willing to answer my questions and were in constant communication with us.

They are extremely knowledgeable, eager to help, and have great customer service.

Are there any areas for improvement?

No. I’m very satisfied.

I'm the associate director of operations at North Point Community Church. Our team handles day-to-day building operations, addressing maintenance issues and providing materials for events. I oversee large renovations and make sure that the team has everything they need to do their job successfully.

I wanted to create a mission statement for my team. We do a great job, but we get busy at times. I knew it would be helpful to have a mission statement that reminded us of what we were doing.

What were your goals for this project?

Our team does a lot for the church, but sometimes we lose track of why we do what we do. I believed a mission statement would fill that gap.

This project assigned language to our mission and responsibilities. That was important. We never had anything to remind us why our work was important.

Their owner put great language into the mission statement, which I used to unite the team and remind them of our purpose.

How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?

The workflow was great. When we met, the owner focused on helping me achieve my goal. We communicated through email and in-person discussions—both went well.

What did you find most impressive about this company?

Their owner was a great listener. He allowed me to voice my thoughts, then helped me formulate the mission statement.
