The project has been and continues to be a huge success. We rank #1 on google search for over 50 relevant search terms; we went from basically no in-bound leads to several qualified leads per week representing 7 figures of new business.

We have incrementally grown our social media presence. They maintain PPC campaigns much more effectively, more than doubling the number of conversions for us.

Very strong with use of Basecamp to manage all interaction and communications.

They always strike a good balance between recommended investment and expected return on that investment.

Are there any areas for improvement?

Occasional use of out-of-house resources can add delays and extra cycles with creative work. I would recommend to bring these capabilities in house if possible.
