Growing a business should not feel chaotic or completely dependent on you doing everything.
Build.Change.Impact. works with small business owners, typically under $5M in revenue, who know they need clarity and support to take their business to the next level. You may have a small team, or you may still be carrying most of the work yourself. Either way, growth is starting to feel heavier without clear structure.
If you already have traction, paying clients, and momentum, but still feel stuck, you’re not alone. What’s missing is often clarity. Clear direction. Clear messaging. And a clear plan for how to grow without burning out or staying buried in the weeds.
Our work is built on proven growth frameworks that strengthen leadership, clarify strategy, and create predictable, sustainable results. We help you step out of daily firefighting and make decisions from a place of focus and confidence.
Build.Change.Impact. is led by Stacey Ansley, a StoryBrand Certified Guide. Every engagement begins with clarity so you can clearly communicate what you do, who you help, and why it matters, then build systems that support growth instead of adding complexity.
Many clients come to us knowing they cannot keep going the way they are. We help you create a clear plan, install practical systems, and build a business that can grow into a true asset, not just a demanding job.
If you’re a business owner looking for clarity, strategy, and sustainable growth, Build.Change.Impact. provides the guidance to help you move forward with confidence.

BACKGROUND
Please describe your company and your position there.
I'm the owner of a local real estate photography and videography business.
OPPORTUNITY / CHALLENGE
For what projects/services did your company hire Build. Change. Impact.?
We utilized them for business advising to help me identify pain points in my business that were keeping me from growing.
SOLUTION
How did you select this firm and what were the deciding factors?
I initially found Build. Change. Impact. through social media. Their posts added a lot of value and so I met with them to learn more and find out how they could help us.
Describe the project in detail and walk through their service package.
We engaged in a 6 month coaching/advising relationship. We met every other week and I had access to them through Voxer in between meetings if needed. They also helped us with some deliverables hat were inhibiting our growth.
How many resources from the vendor's team worked with you, and what were their positions?
Our primary advisor was Stacey and we had access to her other team members as needed.
RESULTS & FEEDBACK
Can you share any outcomes from the engagement that demonstrate progress or success?
My time with Build. Change. Impact. helped me to realized my value and gain much more confidence in my work. I did not have much organization in my business and they helped me to identify those areas adding chaos and implement processes to make my work flow better.
I am much more hopeful and inspired by my business instead of seeing it as a burden. I have much more clarity about how to develop my business and myself as a business owener.
How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?
We had set meetings every other week but we were able to call them in between as often as needed when making decisions for the business. They walked me through many important processes and I didn't feel as lost or alone. I always left interactions with them with clarity and understanding for what my next step would be.
What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?
Build. Change. Impact. has brought so much more to the table than I anticipated and far exceeded my expectations. They connected me to resources I didn't even realize I needed and took the time to help me work through frustrations I was facing in the business.
They took the time to really understand my business so all of their suggestions were very specific to what would help me rather than generic business advice. They were patient with me but also propelled me to keep moving forward so progress continued to happen.
Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?
At times, constructive criticism was conveyed in a patronizing way. However, it was clear they had our best interest at heart every step of the way.

For what projects/services did your company hire Build. Change. Impact.?
Internal leadership, growth plan, and operational clarity
SOLUTION
How did you select this firm and what were the deciding factors?
Referral from a business vendor and I researched Build. Change. Impact. for reviews and feedback from other local clients before hiring them.
Describe the project in detail and walk through their service package.
I am working with them in a coaching/advising relationship. We meet every other week and I have unlimited access to them outside our meeting time. They have been super flexibe and facilitating additional sessions as warranted.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK
Can you share any outcomes from the engagement that demonstrate progress or success?

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

Sometimes I feel overwhelemed with what "I" need to get done after a session. One of the areas we've worked to improve is theming and blocking and tackling on a few priorities a day.

BACKGROUND
Introduce your business and what you do there.
I’m the principal of a K-12 private school.
OPPORTUNITY / CHALLENGE
What challenge were you trying to address with Build. Change. Impact.?
We’ve had multiple challenges over the years, but specifically big tasks like relocating and expanding my campus. We acquired two new buildings in the last year, and I had no idea how I was going to accomplish that, so I enlisted Build. Change. Impact.’s help.
SOLUTION
What was the scope of their involvement?
When COVID-19 hit, they helped me transition from in-person to remote learning. They helped with communication, legalities, and compliance. Currently, they’re working with me to develop, research, and determine next steps for the upcoming school year.
Additionally, right now, we’ve taken our constituents — parents, students, staff, and the community at large — and have identified what it looks like to lead from a position of vision, not fear. They’ve broken down each of those areas to include experts to help on a task force so that we can get reasonable recommendations.
We’re also putting together messaging so that we can communicate in a way that doesn’t overwhelm or perpetuate fear, but confidently demonstrates a plan of how we’re moving forward. The team has helped me to record videos, and they’ve also helped me do templates for communication.
What is the team composition?
Stacey (Business Coach) is my main point of contact.
How did you come to work with Build. Change. Impact.?
Stacey had enrolled her son in our school, so I initially knew her as a parent. She would volunteer on occasion with us, and I was always struck by the relevance of her suggestions. When things got too much to handle for one person, I decided that I needed her help.
How much have you invested with them?
She discounts her annual rate for nonprofits, so we spend $1,000 per month.
What is the status of this engagement?
We began working together about a year ago, and our engagement is ongoing.
RESULTS & FEEDBACK
What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?
Working with them has been incredible. It was the only way we managed to complete the project. The transition to remote was seamless and efficient, and they maintained the integrity of the education that I seek to provide.
Bouncing ideas off the team has been invaluable because they have vast experience in terms of how to convey a message. I’ve felt encouraged, supported, and inspired while working with Build. Change. Impact.
Not only do I feel like I am seen, heard, and cared for, but I also feel like Stacey works to help me do what I’m supposed to do, which is to keep the vision and help raise up leaders underneath me. I’ve never had this kind of support or training before, so I’m very thankful.
How did Build. Change. Impact. perform from a project management standpoint?
Stacey’s project management has been phenomenal. There wasn’t a point where I felt like she wasn’t involved and available. When I had point people that were doing things, she went above and beyond to check in with them and make sure that they were doing what they needed to be doing.
I believe that she is gifted in taking big projects and identifying key point people, and then following through to make sure that they execute, which is outstanding. We meet on a weekly basis and sometimes daily if need be during this time.
What did you find most impressive about them?
Stacey provides instant access. She works above and beyond and gets the job done. She also has integrity and she leads from vision. Even when things are overwhelming, she goes back to the vision, which is important.
When the job or task before me seems so massive, Build. Change. Impact. gives me the ability to take my vision, break it down, and execute it. They were also instrumental in making sure that I protected my time and delegated tasks, which I tend to struggle with as a principal.
Are there any areas they could improve?
No, I have no suggestions. What I pay is nothing compared to what I get. Build. Change. Impact. gives abundantly.
Do you have any advice for potential customers?
Communicate the heart and mission of your organization, because once Stacey is clear on that, she’s masterful at bringing it to life. The passion and vision are what she taps into in order to create a pleasant experience. Be clear on your “why.”

Build. Change. Impact. (formerly ansleyRDgroup) serves as a business consultant. They refine ideas, conduct research, and formulate mission statements and sales messaging.
The strategies developed by Build. Change. Impact. (formerly ansleyRDgroup) have quickly attracted sales and transformed the company from an abstract concept into a vibrant reality. They are always encouraging, supportive, and helpful. The team is available to answer questions and offer advice.

BACKGROUND
Please describe your company and your position there.
I'm the CEO and manager of Project Project. My company comes alongside other businesses and leaders, helping them develop processes and become more efficient.
OPPORTUNITY / CHALLENGE
For what projects/services did your company hire ansleyRDgroup?
I selected the founder as my business coach. We have worked together for almost a year.
What were your goals for this project?
I decided to pursue consulting as my full-time gig. They made it clear that they don't usually work with startups, so I was excited that they agreed to get my business off the ground.
SOLUTION
How did you select this vendor?
I was involved with another business that they consult. I was aware of their coaching and advising, but unsure that I met their qualifications. After I applied as their client, we discussed my goals and determined that we would be a good fit.
Describe the project in detail.
Since I'm a startup, we've had a blank slate. They use great tools to determine what I can deliver. We have clearly identified my target audience and found a gap in the market that my business can fill.
Then we wrapped everything up into a transformation statement. That sounds quick and easy, but it's been far more involved than I expected. They have taken a lot of time, helping me dig deep, validate my research, and clarify the direction of my business before I started. In a short time, I had my first sale!
What was the team composition?
I work directly with the owner. Her husband joins us occasionally to guide us through specific areas. They also have a team that creates logos and brand designs.
RESULTS & FEEDBACK
Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?
I wasn't sure that I could run my own business, but they have encouraged me and helped me achieve my goals. Most of my success came from seeing the idea of my business moving so quickly from an idea to a reality.
How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?
The relationship is ongoing and highly effective. We meet every other week, but I also text, email, and phone them between sessions. They are always available if I need to focus, clarify, or ask questions.
What did you find most impressive about this company?
Their models are visually impressive, and they eloquently support them with verbal and written explanations. Their models and tools help me gain clarity and stay focused.
Are there any areas for improvement?
There are hardly any areas for improvement. Their communication is effective, their tools are exactly what I need, and their coaching is helpful and empowering. However, the only reason I knew about this coaching is through chance. Other businesses may want or need coaching, but not know they can get it.

Build. Change. Impact. (formerly ansleyRDgroup) provides ongoing business development consulting. They’ve helped develop and install new compensation and bonus systems, marketing campaigns, and website improvements.
Marketing campaigns have driven a marked increase in patients, and compensation changes are expected to significantly improve employee motivation and retention. Build. Change. Impact. (formerly ansleyRDgroup) has adapted smoothly to a new industry, bringing fresh perspective and energy to an established brand.
The client submitted this review online.
BACKGROUND
Please describe your company and your position there.
I’m the CEO and CFO of Ocala Infectious Disease & Wound Center, a private medical facility.
OPPORTUNITY / CHALLENGE
For what projects/services did your company hire ansleyRDgroup?
We chose to work with Stacey (Small Business Coach, ansleyRDgroup) and Jason (Small Business Coach, ansleyRDgroup) to help us take our medical practice to the next level financially. We also needed to solve some pain points we were struggling with, including optimizing cash flow, clearly defining roles for our team members, improving our marketing, and expanding locations.
What were your goals for this project?
Over the last 10 years, we’ve grown faster than our structure could support, so we sought help to level out where we were and spur the next step of growth.
SOLUTION
How did you select this vendor?
We were referred by a few ansleyRDgroup's other clients.
Describe the project in detail.
They quickly solved several of the pain points we'd been struggling with, delivering positive ROI in the first 20 days. From then on, we've met every other week to evaluate projects, close feedback loops, simplify complex issues into understandable models, and develop solutions.
Specifically, they’ve helped us create an employee bonus structure, identify our ideal clients, upload critical information to our website, and execute marketing efforts to attract more patients. Most recently, they’ve evaluated our pay and benefits structure to maximize what we can provide while still profiting and keeping employees attracted to their jobs. A new compensation plan came out of this that will apply to both current and future hires.
What was the team composition?
My office manager and I worked directly with Stacey and Jason in a close business coaching relationship. We’ve also used their business development concierge team to complete deliverables for us when we didn't have the resources to do so internally (marketing brochures, website management, role delegations).
RESULTS & FEEDBACK
Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?
Within the first three months, they produced significant improvements in cash flow and office stability. Financial burdens have been lifted, and we were just able to offer all employees their first monthly bonus. The hope is that employees are now even more incentivized to do their jobs to the fullest, leading to more patients and profits. In fact, patients have already increased thanks to ansleyRDgroup's marketing plans.
How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?
It’s great. We’ve been able to meet every other week, and they’re always fast with in-depth responses between meetings. They’re available over email, text, or phone.
What did you find most impressive about this company?
Even though they’re not medical practitioners or medical-specific consultants, they understand our business. This is really a plus because we’re continuing to create a unique business. Their insights from multiple industries have helped us view our business differently and find a competitive edge in a crowded marketplace.
Are there any areas for improvement?
There is nothing I can say here. Everything has been great.

Build. Change. Impact. (formerly ansleyRDgroup) guided the business through two successful launches in a relatively new market space, which boosted team morale. They gave forthcoming advice when necessary while still empowering the internal staff to make the final decisions.
The client submitted this review online.
BACKGROUND
Please describe your company and your position there.
I'm the founder of Midlife-Boom. We provide coaching and online programs for mothers with toxic ex-partners. Currently, we’re focusing on the German-speaking market.
OPPORTUNITY / CHALLENGE
For what projects/services did your company hire ansleyRDgroup?
Around our location (e.g., Germany, Austria, Switzerland), online businesses are still rare, so I needed professional guidance to help set up my business.
What were your goals for this project?
My goal was to increase the number of clients in my group as well as launching private coaching programs. I also wanted to expand my offerings.
SOLUTION
How did you select this vendor?
I met the ansleyRDgroup at a business conference in San Diego, California last year.
Describe the project in detail.
Throughout the coaching process, they made sure that I knew about different ways to grow my business revenue. They explained which tools I needed to adopt to stay on track and helped me cultivate a productive mindset. Ultimately, they guided me through two difficult launches during a time when I didn’t have the reach to create a lot of buzz in the market.
What was the team composition?
I worked directly with Jason (Co-Founder, ansleyRDgroup) and Stacy (Co-Founder, ansleyRDgroup) in private advising sessions. Although I knew they had a team available to assist me, my business wasn’t quite ready to leverage additional resources yet.
RESULTS & FEEDBACK
Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?
ansleyRDgroup’s models made sense and helped me understand my business’s direction. I made huge leaps knowing that I was on the right path. I went from my first launch with six participants to my second with 16, which was a big success for a startup like mine. In addition, they kept me away from unnecessary spending and informed me about effective tools that better fit my current budget.
How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?
Their workflow was great. I liked that Jason and Stacey were straightforward and honest with me. They weren’t timid when providing advice and were always respectful. Because we lived in different countries, text communication was a bit difficult, but they were quick to respond via email and video chat.
What did you find most impressive about this company?
I appreciated that they really developed a feeling for my business. They weren’t just giving a one-size-fits-all solution; rather, they tailored their advice to me. When I needed help, they would support me, but I was always free to make my own decisions and take my business where I wanted it to go.
Are there any areas for improvement?
No, there’s nothing to improve. I plan to book them again this year.

The coaching Build. Change. Impact. (formerly ansleyRDgroup) provides has yielded tangible improvements across a range of critical performance metrics. KPIs like team size, new contracts secured, and revenue have all noticeably improved under their guidance. The two founders are motivational, organized, and reliably supportive.
A Clutch analyst personally interviewed this
client over the phone. Below is an edited
transcript.
BACKGROUND
Introduce your business and what you do there.
I’m the CEO and co-founder of Parrolabs, a nearshore development agency in Medellín, Colombia. We work on websites, mobile apps, social media, branding, and marketing.
OPPORTUNITY / CHALLENGE
What challenge were you trying to address with ansleyRDgroup?
I hired ansleyRDgroup for their extensive array of business coaching services.
SOLUTION
What was the scope of their involvement?
The two co-founders of ansleyRDgroup are providing professional business coaching. They are leading me through “The 90 Day Year” program. Together, we set quarterly goals for my business. Having targets for each quarter allows for faster progress than annual milestones. The KPIs we are tracking include the number of new contracts we secure and metrics like team size.
Similarly to a fitness trainer, it’s most effective to schedule regular appointments with a business coaching professional. Maintaining discipline is difficult on one’s own. They motivate me to get my work done.
ansleyRDgroup also advised me on digital marketing. We conducted a review based on their consultation. I’m using additional overlapping resources in this area.
What is the team composition?
I was primarily in touch with Stacy (Founder, ansleyRDgroup) and Jason (Founder, ansleyRDgroup).
How did you come to work with ansleyRDgroup?
My friend recommended ansleyRDgroup to me.
How much have you invested with them?
So far, I’ve spent around $50,000 in total.
What is the status of this engagement?
I started working with ansleyRDgroup in January 2018. They wanted us to do two 90-day year programs in a row, but I took a break in between. We began the second three-month program in September 2018, and our engagement is ongoing.
RESULTS & FEEDBACK
What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?
ansleyRDgroup benefits me on two levels. They motivate me to accomplish everything I need to do. Secondly, their established program is of good quality. The two founders work quite well together as a team of coaches.
Like many small business owners, I thought we had no use for metrics, but ansleyRDgroup proved me wrong. They’ve helped me set and achieve specific KPIs for the number of new business contracts we secure and other factors like team size. Systemizing our company will lead to an increase in profit.
ansleyRDgroup is doing an excellent job so far. I’d definitely recommend them and feel confident they’ll be able to help many more people like me.
How did ansleyRDgroup perform from a project management standpoint?
We handle project management on a technical level internally. ansleyRDgroup set up and continuously supports our business project management that aligns with the 90-day program. I’d never considered using this process before, and it’s helped to improve our business.
Our company has always used Jira because it’s technically focused. ansleyRDgroup introduced us to Asana. It has specific applications and has been a great new choice to use. Both co-founders offer frequent follow-up.
What did you find most impressive about them?
ansleyRDgroup had our backs. I took comfort in knowing that they could cushion our fall if we ever took a hit. It’s great to have them as business coaches, and I’m impressed with all the other additional services they provide on the side. I’m currently struggling to run just two of my own.
Are there any areas they could improve?
There are always improvements to make. ansleyRDgroup should train more employees to be business coaches so they can extend their business. Different coaching firms I know of operate that way.
Do you have any advice for future clients of theirs?
I encourage clients to go for it and hire ansleyRDgroup. Tell them about your struggles, revenue, and other key points. They’re really good listeners.

BACKGROUND
Please describe your company and your position there.
I'm the publisher and CEO of Dudley Court Press, a small hybrid book publisher. I work directly with most of our authors to ensure their success. We count several award winners and bestsellers among our published titles.
OPPORTUNITY / CHALLENGE
For what projects/services did your company hire ansleyRDgroup?
When I began working with them, I had operated my company as a "hobby business" for several years. I wanted a business coach to help me transition from hobby to a commercially viable enterprise.
What were your goals for this project?
I wanted to focus on revenue, profits, systems, and marketing. I also needed a sounding board for my ideas.
SOLUTION
How did you select this vendor?
A business colleague, who had hired them to help her with an aspect of her business, recommended them. The referral was appropriate and much appreciated.
Describe the project in detail.
We use their 90-day focus with two-week sprints, which both work well. We meet every two weeks to close feedback loops and ensure that we've made progress toward my goals.
What was the team composition?
The founders work directly with me to build my business. Their team helps with specific marketing and technology tasks, so I have a great team in place when I need it.
RESULTS & FEEDBACK
Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?
We've created and implemented a brand focus in our website and marketing. They help me expand my knowledge, enhance my online and offline marketing options, and set up automated funnels for lead generation using a free offer. They also set up frontend systems for customer care and retention.
How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?
Their workflow is seamless. When I have a question or issue, I call, text, or email, and they responded quite quickly. Setting 90-day goals is more manageable than focusing on an entire year. We met in person during one of their road trips, which was a nice personal touch. I also have unlimited access to them between sessions, so I'm never more than a few hours away from help.
What did you find most impressive about this company?
Having access to their business coaching is excellent. I'm impressed by their diligence in treating my business as if it were their own. They never recommend anything that they wouldn’t try themselves.
Are there any areas for improvement?
On one occasion, when I asked to pay for extra strategy time, they came on too strong with a recommendation for their solution. I didn’t want that; I wanted a discussion so I could understand my options. That has been my only frustration during the more than two years of working with them.

Build. Change. Impact. (formerly ansleyRDgroup) provides WordPress web development along with business advice and coaching for a developing marketplace company. They assist with marketing strategy, content creation, and digital ads.
The services provided by the Build. Change. Impact. (formerly ansleyRDgroup) team have already produced excellent results, almost quadrupling the company’s monthly income and delivering a fit-for-purpose new website. They are skilled, professional, and offer sound, well-thought-out advice for both business growth and marketing.
A Clutch analyst personally interviewed this
client over the phone. Below is an edited
transcript.
BACKGROUND
Introduce your business and what you do there.
My business is Amy Mezni LLC. I started out as a teacher, then opened a store on Teachers Pay Teachers (TPT).
OPPORTUNITY / CHALLENGE
What challenge were you trying to address with ansleyRDgroup?
I was a sole entrepreneur for a number of years, and my business grew to the point where I didn’t know how to market myself, and I really wasn’t clear on business processes. I met ansleyRDgroup at a class I took, and I realized that I needed a coach to help me out with what I didn’t know. I was overwhelmed with trying to do everything in the business by myself.
SOLUTION
What was the scope of their involvement?
In the first year, they provided me with coaching, and I also signed on for them to build and run my website. They’re also helping me stay focused. Every time a new idea comes up, they use statistics to help me identify what I should keep working on and what could be put on the burner. That helped me realize that my marketing had been just throwing things at the wall to see what would stick. Instead, they’ve helped me develop content calendars and discussed those with me for approval.
We made the website from scratch. I’d been using Teachers Pay Teachers previously, but also wanted to have my own site. I had a Blogger page, but it hadn’t been done professionally. They helped me guide how I would want my website to look, and how it would be more functional. We’ve now put my blog and store into one WordPress site.
My long-term goal is to focus only on what I do best, namely actually creating the content. I now have a ghostwriter on their team, as well as someone to run my Facebook and Pinterest page. We’re also moving them slowly into managing my Instagram page. I’ve opted for a bundle offer from them in 2019, and I’ve increased the scope. It includes two blog posts per month, running all my social media, and managing ad campaigns.
What is the team composition?
I worked with Jason and Stacey (Founders, ansleyRDgroup), as well as with a project manager who’s taken care of most of the work, and who’s been my main contact point. She uploads my blog posts and manages my website, but she’s also the project manager. If I have a question about a blog post or my Facebook page, she’s my go-to contact. I also have a manager for my Facebook and Pinterest pages, and we’re slowly getting her to Instagram.
Another member has been working on my blog posts. I tried other people for this, but my current writer sounds most like me. Right now, I’m testing her to see if she’d be a good fit to write questions too so that I can simply edit the final versions. Her role has been fully-expanded in my organization.
How did you come to work with ansleyRDgroup?
I met them through 90-Day Year, where they were consultants with the program. We were matched with ansleyRDgroup who helped me look at my stats: what my sales were and what processes I had. They helped me with where I might want to go, and I realized that it would be helpful to work together. They had multiple businesses, and they clearly knew the business process, which is what I was lacking.
How much have you invested with them?
I started in 2018 with their $2,000-per-month package, which included one-hour coaching sessions every other week. They’ve made a package special for me now, which costs around $3,200 per month. The total so far has been $36,000–$40,000.
What is the status of this engagement?
We started working with them in February 2018, and the work is ongoing.
RESULTS & FEEDBACK
What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?
They’ve helped me spend less on advertising. I was running ads just to run ads, without really having a plan in mind. Before, I was getting a lot of requests and was jumping from one idea to the next, whereas now I’m focused on my goals. They’ve been willing to put in the time to talk to me, and they’re also on-call when I have a question.
Some of the results aren’t really measurable, and relate more to my peace of mind, staying focused and getting bundles of projects done. We’ve discussed different numbers, and they helped me determine that I should drop certain things, as the sales weren’t there.
We finally launched my website shop in January 2019. It’s been slow because teachers are used to shopping on TPT, so it was a challenge to get people to a new site. My personal sales have gone from $20–$25 per month, to $85 currently. They’re slowly building that out so that I have another source of income.
How did ansleyRDgroup perform from a project management standpoint?
They’re responsive. Coaching is something they enjoy doing, and I find it to be a valuable thing. They’re a good choice for people who are passionate in their fields, but who aren’t secure in the business section. The project has helped me think through who my audience is. One of my issues was that I’d ended up with two different audiences in my store, and I was having trouble figuring out how I could market to both. They overlapped, but they really weren’t the same. ansleyRDgroup is good at coming up with ideas that I can think over, but they don’t force me into anything. It’s always my choice, but it can be food for thought.
We’ve had coaching sessions through Zoom. I communicate with the rest of the team through email. They’re also trying to push me into more efficient systems, which I’m sometimes reluctant to use. We’re starting to use Asana.
What did you find most impressive about them?
I’d used virtual assistants in the past, but they were mainly other teachers, which made me feel uncomfortable. I felt like I needed business help, not teacher help. ansleyRDgroup has worked hard to understand the education market. They’d never even heard of PTP and the other work I was doing. In that respect, it was nice to get a fresh pair of eyes, as well as a parent perspective.
I also like the fact that they’re a couple because that gives me multiple points of view. Jason has his expertise, and Stacey has hers. She’s the marketing person, and he’s the tech person. Getting different points of view helps me get to where I want to go and reach more people.
Are there any areas they could improve?
When our contract was nearing its end, they recognized a month early that I might want to add more to it. I really can’t complain.
Do you have any advice for future clients of theirs?
No, I can't name anything specific.
