I'm the head of growth marketing for Big Cartel, an e-commerce platform that gives creators, artists, makers, and small brands from all over the world the power to open their own online stores and make a living doing what they love.

We needed help auditing our ad accounts and scaling up UGC style creative.

What was the scope of their involvement?

Brighter Click has done a very detailed audit of our ad account and campaign structure, including the data flowing into the accounts and what our campaigns are optimized for. The audit focused on campaign structure and what each ad is optimized to do.

In addition, Brighter Click has helped us produce and scale up our UGC-style creative to rebuild our upper funnel awareness campaigns. The creative work has included a full creative strategy, sourcing of creators, production of content, and delivery of the content.

Moreover, the team has helped us fix our conversion events and the quantity and quality of the data flowing from Big Cartel to Meta to improve targeting quality.

I found Brighter Click through Claude. I searched for an agency that could help with the issues we were facing for a company our size. Their services looked like exactly what we needed, and Colby jumped right on the phone with me to dive in and really understand what our challenges were before committing to saying he could help us. Some of the account audit recommendations have resulted in better ad performance, including increasing the size of our retargeting audiences and impressions. However, it's still too early to tell the results.

Brighter Click and Dolgify have worked together to scale clients' conversion rate and online store revenue. For one client, we managed to increase their sales by 500% after only two months. Growth was so rapid that the client ran out of stock twice within the first six months.

They requested to run a complimentary audit on the account to help understand where the opportunities in the account were. We scheduled a follow-up call, during which Brighter Click educated me on the wins and losses in the account. Brighter Click sent an onboarding document for our team to fill out. After completing this document, we scheduled a project kickoff call on Zoom. Brighter Click guided me through the document to ensure they had all the necessary information and shared the project's next steps before the call ended. From there, Brighter Click began planning the account strategy. They set up their initial testing campaigns to validate audiences and creatives and shared the setup with me for pre-approval.

During our 7-month partnership, Brighter Click lowered our CPA by 90.86%.

Brighter Click is always prompt with their response time and implementation of revisions or changes when they are needed. They provide amazing communication both on calls and through email.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

They had an admirable level of detail they put in their strategy, planning, and communication. Anyone could tell they weren't a cookie-cutter agency.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

We had to work on setting up custom API tracking on my website. The website is 100% custom built. Brighter Click did not have the internal resources to assist with this tracking install. Their tracking installs are limited to sites like Shopify, BigCommerce, etc.

The ongoing research and curiosity with the brand led to great results. Brighter Click also did a great job of reporting e.g tracking ad spend and returns and engagement.

We were able to triple our revenue from month to month with the help of Brighter Click. Thanks to this increase in revenue we were able to begin scaling our product out of Australia and into the United States.

We found them through Upwork, where they had a ton of great reviews and feedback on completed jobs. The biggest deciding factor was definitely once we jumped on a call. Colby was extremely knowledgable and had in-depth and nuanced in all his answers. He is clearly extremely experienced and knowledgable about Facebook specifically, as well as marketing in general.
