We wanted an explainer video to share with potential clients

They were recommended and I was impressed by their initial onboarding / discovery call.

They did a discovery call. We finalized a storyboard, we then picked themes, then voice, then put it all together. It was great.

Who did you work with and what was the feedback process like?

Ky was our project coordinator and he was amazing. He kept us in the loop through the whole process

Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

We have recently shared the video with a few key prospects and it was very well received.

They used basecamp to keep us in the loop through the project. The team was very helpful throughout the process.

The communication process was very thorough and I always knew exactly where we stood in the project timeline.

Not really. It was honestly an amazing experience.

This project was time and sensitive and the shared project platform allowed us to stay in constant communication with updates and changes. The team had a great turnaround time and they were extremely reliable.

How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?

I communicated with the team as soon as there updates, sometimes every few days or every week.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

Their communication, reliability, quick turnaround, beautiful animation, and professionalism have been impressive.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

Enjoyed working with the team to create the videos, would be great to have larger incentives for referrals.

We hired Breadnbeyond to produce an animated application demo video to clearly explain our unique differentiators in the disclosure research space.

What were your goals for this project?

Create a simple, clear, and compelling video for our target customers.

How did you select Breadnbeyond?

We worked with the team in the past and have received great service and the end product (video) was well received.

Our space is quite complicated. Instead of asking Breadnbeyond to create the script, our marketing team created the script and provided detailed directions on how we like the animation to be.

We also provided a recording or the actual application for the Breadnbeyond team to use as a "model" for the animation.

What was your vendors' project management or feedback process?

The communication was streamlined using BaseCamp. We feel the communication was timely and professional.

Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

It's too early. We just completed the project and is only starting to plan marketing campaigns using the new video.

It was very effective.

What did you find most impressive about this company?

The team is very responsive -- including the sales rep to the project manager and the production team. The quality of the video was very good.

No. I am really happy with the process and the end result.

Two minute and twenty second animated video which walks through the challenges associated with financing a renewable energy development projects and the solutions of our financial product.

What was your vendors' project management or feedback process?

Project was managed in Basecamp with near daily updates from the project manager. The difference in timezone was beneficial as feedback could be given during my day and an iteration of the project would be completed by morning.
