First, we met to discuss the partnership; I communicated my needs, and we identified a realistic project timeframe. After our initial Zoom meeting, I provided Brand Vision with pictures and content. Then, they developed a new website for us from scratch.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement? 

I told Brand Vision what I wanted, and they did everything I asked. They made the process easy, and I’m happy with the final website. 

How did Brand Vision perform from a project management standpoint?

Brand Vision managed the project really well. I asked them to deliver the website within a specific timeframe, and they met my deadline. Sam was very responsive, even outside regular business hours, which was great. They were very on top of the project; we met via Zoom and kept in touch via email and phone.

What did you find most impressive about them?

I was most impressed by their ability to deliver what I asked for within my desired time frame. I’m confident I chose the right development partner; I look forward to working with them again.

I have nothing Brand Vision could improve on.

I am the CEO and Founder of Kinshasa Lifestyle based in Toronto. We are a clothing brand company. At KL, every fibre generated, and every style created is to produce the best, most desirable, and functional lifestyle clothing brand.

We were looking to redesign our existing site. Our current site had some problems that we were looking to fix. We also continue to work with Brand Vision for various other projects on our website design and development.

How did you select this vendor and what were the deciding factors?

We found Brand Vision on Wix Marketplace. Wix referred us to Brand Vision as one of their partners. Hamoun, the project manager, gave me a call right away and he was able to understand the problems I was experiencing. I was looking to hire someone I could trust, and definitely someone local. Brand Vision met all my criteria, and they are located in Toronto as well. They had a wide range of portfolio pieces and they are the top Wix Website Design Agency in the world which is very impressive.

Describe the project in detail and walk through the stages of the project.

It began with a consultation over the phone with Hamoun. He let us know about their work and the steps. We set a Zoom meeting where I mentioned all the problems I was having with my current website. We also analyzed some of the websites I liked. Hamoun provided me with a website design proposal that mentioned all the deliverables. Once confirmed, Hamoun began to work on the home page, and he consistently updated me. Once I approved the design, he finalized the website. Now whenever I need edit on the website, I will contact Hamoun and they will get it done asap.

A team of 3 people worked on my project but I was only in contact with Hamoun. This made the communication very easy since he was the person I was speaking to for the first time.

Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

Brand Vision was able to design the website I was looking for in the timeline. They delivered everything they were supposed to. They have also created an animation of my logo as a favour.

My site has not launched fully yet, but I am looking forward to going online. The design definitely stands out and has inspirations from the websites I provided to Brand Vision.

How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?

Communication was very simple and easy with Brand Vision. Since I had the contact of Hamoun, I could give him a call anytime or send him an email. We also set up several Zoom meetings as well.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

I was very impressed by their knowledge about the Wix platform, and their scheduling. I was very happy with the deliverables. They have delivered all the items they promised plus more.

I was also very happy with the amount of time Hamoun spent with me to discuss the project and make sure I was in the loop with what was happening.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

Everything was perfect.

We chose the vendor based on how much experience they have in our field and how happy the past clients have been with the agency. Brand Vision seemed to have the highest level and a very comprehensive proposal.

First, we started with a discovery session with the Brand Vision team and went over all of our inspirations and goals. then we discussed the detailed timeline and steps of the project and what we needed to provide them. The next time we spoke with their team was to discuss the user journey on our website and the initial sketches. After that, we had multiple scheduled meetings to go over the process and give our thoughts on the designs or request revisions. The last step was training and sign off to close the project.

We worked with two web designers, our project manager and a content writer and branding spacilist.

Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

The main goal of this project was the presentation and we received the best quality possible in terms of how amazing the website looked and all the functionalities that we needed were working as expected.

They communicated with us very clearly and frequently so I can say it was as good as it could be.

I am very satisfied with their taste and style of design and communication.

I am the owner of this project, I wouldn't call it a company just yet, I am an individual working with artists and other partial co-writers, (mainly just my brother who I bounce ideas off of) to make a webcomic series that will be free for anyone to view.

I hired brand vision to make my website, which will be where anyone can come and view the comic, honestly they did a great job and i couldn't be happier with the result.

I used wix to find them and others and brand vision was very easy and quick to communicate with where others were slow to respond and not as neat with communication, the price they gave me was phenomenal so I went with them.

it was a very simple project, I messaged them through wix, told them about the sight I needed made, they got back to me very quickly, Sam from brand vision gave me a call and we discussed what was needed for my sight. I agreed to the price and paid it, Sam got back to me about two weeks later with the work they completed so far, then only another week tell it was complete, we booked time when we were both free so he could stream his screen to me and show how to operate the website and I was very pleased with everything, and that's it.

I only communicated with one person named Sam, I believe he was some kind of group leader, not sure exactly as it really didn't matter to me and it didn't come up in conversation.

the sight is very easy to use, looks very clean and nice, was shown extra ways I could use the sight that could make expanding its purpose easier in the future, honestly was a lot better than I was expecting for the low price they gave me, couldn't be happier with the outcome so that's a success

very clean, short, to the point and easy, as it was just me and Sam who talked.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

Their speed to message back, how easily Sam understood me, the very nice price. We appreciate their eagerness to explain any questions I had. They work with me to make sure I was happy with everything.

Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

Thanks to Brand Vision we are ready to take our next steps and enter the market and compete in it. As we have everything from packaging to the brand's theme and style ready.

We had scheduled meetings at least once a week. Furthermore, It was easy to connect with Brand Vision through email which they responded quickly and also by telephone as well.

The passion and amount of effort. They're really enthusiastic about what they do. They care a lot and make their clients feel like they're in safe hands.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

My experience with them was flawless, so I can't suggest anything. just keep up the good work.

They've also helped me expand my Instagram presence — they've developed my logo, color palette, and other branding guidelines to ensure my social media posts are cohesive. We've worked together to ensure that we're heading in the direction I want with the branding materials and website. I've done most of the content creation for the site and Instagram, but Brand Vision is currently editing what I've developed.

I enjoy working with Brand Vision — I've had a great experience with them so far. Sam has delivered on my ideas, taking them from basic concepts to tangible visual assets. The website design is almost complete, and Brand Vision has delivered the branding materials I need. We have a great working relationship with Brand Vision — we really trust each other.

Sam is very professional and responsive; he'll even respond to my emails or phone calls during the weekend to calm my nerves. Brand Vision's project management is seamless. They have fantastic service and are very efficient.

I plan to make Brand Vision my go-to company if I ever need help with marketing or branding. They have very personalized service, which is valuable to my growing business. Sam is very personable and makes my team feel like they're a top priority. He'll drop what he's doing to respond to our requests or questions.

We had a lot of positive interactions with Brand Vision, so I don't have anything for them to improve. If there are ever issues or miscommunications, they're quickly rectified.

I'd advise customers to enter a project with Brand Vision very prepared, but they should still be open to the project and vision changes that occur throughout the partnership.

Brand vision marketing was able to provide a beautiful branding package that fits our requirements, and made us stand out. Just a logo design alone was a drastic change. Did corporate identity that the credit for us was exactly what my team was looking for.

We communicated through emails, phone calls, and zoom meetings to set up discussions and feedback sessions. Divorvery quick to respond to all my questions and concerns. We received regular updates on the project.

We were really impressed by the knowledge they had on our industry, and that they were able to build a brand identity using our bright color palette. You were able to make the small changes that we requested very quickly.

I measure success based on our site’s Google ranking. Moreover, considering the aesthetics of the site, everyone who works alongside me find it pleasing to the eye.

They’re perfect in this regard. I communicate with them through phone calls and emails.

What did you find most impressive about them?

They adapt to our requests. We wanted a fun, concert-themed website, and they did a great job.

They’re very genuine and don’t overcharge, and they don’t say anything that they don’t do. Brand Vision is very direct, clear, and transparent.

I’m the owner of a private practice that provides speech therapy.

What challenge were you trying to address with Brand Vision?

Our website went live this past summer a bit earlier than I would have liked, and the pages weren’t complete. Although SEO was a new concept for me, coming from a clinical background, I knew we had to come up high on Google, or no one would find us. We wanted to improve our SEO ranking to get some traction; our goal was to be higher on search results, with the first page being ideal.

SOLUTION

What was the scope of their involvement?

Brand Vision helps us with SEO. They did an audit of the site, set up keywords for us, and did some backend work. They also added contact information and video graphics to improve the site’s aesthetic.

Additionally, the team encouraged us to start a blog and has given us tools to improve our headlines and check what people are searching for. They’ve also provided us with more strategies, such as linking to our Instagram, where we post a lot. Brand Vision has recently done another audit of our site.

So far, we’ve spent about $500–$600. The project is small because my site only has 6–8 pages.

We started working together in July 2021, and the engagement is ongoing. I’ll touch base with them periodically to do SEO audits as I add more pages to our site and blog.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement? 

Thanks to Brand Vision’s work, we’ve been getting more traffic on our site. Before we started working with them, we were on the second page in search results, and now, we’re ranking in the first page, at number two — that’s a huge improvement.

The team always shows initiative, even with things I don’t ask for, such as giving us additional tricks and strategies to improve our SEO. Brand Vision is also really accommodating. They did an audit of our incomplete website and then came back to audit the completed site without us even asking, which was really nice.

How did Brand Vision perform from a project management standpoint?

Communication with them is top-notch – it couldn’t be better. My conversations with Arman are very concise, and he always gets back to me quickly with everything and answers all my questions, which is great.

Email is my preferred communication medium, and Brand Vision is always really prompt with responses. Initially, we emailed every couple of days because I had many questions, and now we have a regular check-in every couple of months. 

What did you find most impressive about them?

I’m very happy with Brand Vision’s results, considering that SEO is an ongoing process, and my niche is very specific. My husband is also interested in SEO for his company, and I’ve told him how happy I’ve been with my experience with Brand Vision. 

Are there any areas they could improve?

There isn’t really anything they need to improve. The only issue we’ve had was a misunderstanding when they tested a blog for SEO. They put a generic blog up for tests; I happened to log on and thought they were permanently adding it to the site. The issue was due to my lack of knowledge, though. I have nothing negative to say about Brand Vision.

Do you have any advice for potential customers?

My advice is to ask questions about what they’re doing and why. Brand Vision is always happy to explain things in a way that’s easy to understand.

They’ve also created a bunch of logos for me, along with an intro video template for my YouTube videos. They help me make further tweaks on my website as well.
