What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

The app is ready to launch. We’ve had friends and family test it and give us feedback. Brainvire Infotech Inc continues to make improvements and bug fixes as needed. They’ve exceeded our expectations, and we look forward to future development projects with their team.

How did Brainvire Infotech Inc perform from a project management standpoint?

Their team accommodates our time zone differences and works hard to make themselves available during our workday. We appreciate their diligence and flexibility in this area. They also responded to issues right away; they fix bugs as soon as we point them out and have even made design changes in the middle of our project. We communicate via phone, email, Skype, and Google Docs. They’ve also visited our offices four times, which we’ve greatly appreciated.

What did you find most impressive about them?

We’d never developed an app before. The team was incredibly patient with us when we lacked direction and asked for design changes a few times. They also went above and beyond to deliver the best app possible for our users. We couldn’t be happier with our partnership.

Brainvire Infotech Inc could walk us through more of the app-building process. However, we’re otherwise thrilled with their work.

Their work is extremely high quality. Our clients have been very happy with it and have actually referred others to Brainvire as well. The team always responded right away to any small things that came up and took care of them.

They’ve been excellent. Their commitment to working with our clients meant they were very helpful. It was very easy to communicate with our project manager—he responded to any issues our clients had and got his team to do what was needed.

We mostly communicated through phone and email. We had daily calls and smaller tasks were handled over the phone.

What did you find most impressive about them?

The quality of their work and the customer service they offer is the most impressive, in terms of their commitment to quality. If something wasn’t right, or if there was something a client didn’t like, they spent their time focusing on that and getting that fixed to the satisfaction of the customer.

No, there’s nothing I can think of that they could have worked on.

Do you have any advice for potential customers?

Be upfront about your needs. They’re working for their customers. If there are any problems, talk directly to the project manager as it’s the best way to get things done.

I’m the owner of Titan Exclusive, an online marketing company that provides advertisers with leads on their websites, through form submits, or just clicks to their sites.

What was the scope of their involvement?

One of the first projects they worked on was building software to clean computers. It also connected to a browser add-on. I then had them work on a list management software, which integrated with an API database to append certain details (e.g. gender) to any lists we upload. Beyond software, Brainvire Infotech Inc has worked on numerous sites, the biggest being an e-commerce skin cream site.

Brainvire Infotech Inc has great communication skills. They give us their input and always tell me if something isn’t a good idea. 

Regarding technology, we usually use Skype and GoToMeeting. If something urgent comes up, I visit their office so we can discuss it in person.  The team even delivered before the deadlines we set.

What did you find most impressive about them?

Brainvire Infotech Inc definitely knows what they’re doing and understands what their customers want. As a one-stop shop, they have a solution for everything.

It would be nice if they could assign one specific person to do the entire process.

Don’t think twice about working with Brainvire Infotech. They aren’t too expensive, which has been great for us as a startup. I encourage future clients to go for it and hire them. They will get the work done.

Brainvire Infotech Inc made a smooth transition, with no hiccups at all. We’re pleased with the work done by their team, and they’ve given us ideas for improving customer experience and enhancing our site. For example, Brainvire Infotech Inc added a flash deals feature to the site that was critical for us. We’d had some compatibility issues with it in the past, but the team managed to deliver a working version.

Brainvire Infotech Inc follows an agile model, and they make sure they deliver on time. They have a good tracking mechanism and use Jira to monitor any defects or issues.

Their resources are the best. They’re a strong and committed team.

They're in India, so we’d love it if they had a team in Dubai that we could interact with directly.

We relied on Brainvire Infotech to lead the build of our social media and journaling mobile app. The website they created serves as a billboard of sorts for the mobile application, which is available on iOS and Android. The app, which is integrated with Facebook and Instagram, allows users to chronicle meaningful or trivial life events and store them as memories to view in the future.

I’ve worked with the CEO, the head of custom solutions, and a full development team.

I was familiar with their work after attending conferences where they were featured. They have a reputation as a strong and affordable India-based tech company. I have developed a friendly relationship with the CEO over time, so decided on his company when this project arose.

We spent about $150,000, but that total was split into several payments because we worked in sprints.

Our engagement lasted from April–October 2018.

We have launched the app, but we’re still conducting some last-minute fixes. Still, I’m satisfied with how the app turned out. We’re already discussing future iterations. The design is visually impressive, and the technical quality is strong. This was an extensive process that saw us make several scope changes. Brainvire Infotech was flexible and patient because they believe in building a successful product.

I was always updated regarding their progress. We communicated well through Jira, Skype, and email.

What did you find most impressive about them?

There was never a technical element that they weren’t able to accomplish. They’re so advanced technologically that they always seemed to find the right answers. Their greatest strength is taking ideas and using their skill set to bring them to life.

Are there any areas they could improve?

I preferred to be responsible for the written content within the app, but having their team start that process is helpful. They have room to grow, however, in their written English. I had to clean up some grammatical errors. Having a more experienced English speaker on their staff would mitigate that problem.

Do you have any advice for potential customers?

Their team told me how appreciative they were of how involved I was in the development process. They sometimes have clients that assign the work and don’t respond to communication. I’d recommend being an active participant in the building process.

I’m the former CEO and current COO of Surfmii Promotions. We’re developing a platform that connects direct consumers with marketing vendors and agencies.

We wanted to provide a business directory that offered information on vendors and some insight regarding their offerings and skillsets. We needed a partner to provide consulting and development services throughout the building process.

SOLUTION

What was the scope of their involvement?

Brainvire Infotech built our digital business directory, allowing users to search using geolocation, keywords, or names. They’re provided with a corresponding results page that lists available B2B or B2C agencies. For the development, we used open-source PHP solutions, including the WordPress CMS.

What is the team composition?

They assigned an account manager, who was my main contact, but I was free to interact with the rest of their team as well. I don’t have an exact number, but I estimate there were around 10–12 developers and other resources involved in the background.

In one of our many Google searches, we came across their website and reached out. We really liked their initial approach and consulting style, so we decided to partner with them.

The project lasted from January–May 2018, but we first spoke with their team in December 2017. As a startup, we’ll be adding more functionalities in the future, so I plan to maintain a strong relationship with their team.

We needed help with developing our company’s new app. Functionally, this mobile platform provides services for our customers who have purchased property in Serbia. 

SOLUTION

What was the scope of their involvement? 

We tasked Brainvire Infotech with building native versions of our app for both iOS and Android. They used the wireframes and UI our marketing team had produced as a framework for the design. We contributed feedback from our end to ensure it adhered to our company’s strict brand guidelines. The majority of their contributions involved development, but they also provided valuable input about how we could improve specific processes.

Our mobile platform includes built-in features for customers to check their balance and view invoices for property maintenance. Service requests logged into the app are submitted internally to our service team. Once received, our employees can start resolving the issue in question. The app’s most important feature is a payment gateway that lets customers pay for service charges. 

What is the team composition?

Brainvire Infotech assigned strong resources to our project. We were in communication with Chintan (CEO, Brainvire Infotech) and another senior employee, who are driving forces of the company. Once we awarded them the contract, they assigned us a point of contact. Their business model includes a team lead who works onsite and coordinates with the offshore developers. The technical team that built our app was based in India. 

How did you come to work with Brainvire Infotech Inc?

We were referred to Brainvire Infotech. As part of any new initiative that we do, we had multiple vendors go through a technical evaluation. Based on the results, they were the best vendor who could meet our requirements.

What is the status of this engagement?

We worked on the project from May–August 2018.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

Our app is currently available in both the App Store and Google Play. We just launched a couple of weeks ago and have already started to see service requests come through. The team is monitoring the number of downloads. 

Brainvire Infotech is adding new enhancements and will conduct multiple releases shortly. Since new requirements will continue to emerge, it’s an ongoing process. The first version of our app is only built for use in Serbia. However, because we operate and deliver properties in multiple countries, we’ll eventually need to make corresponding versions for each one.

How did Brainvire Infotech Inc perform from a project management standpoint?

We’ve had a great experience working with Brainvire Infotech. Projects of this nature always involve certain hurdles, but it’s worked well overall from a technical perspective. They kept issues to a minimum as we developed our app and published it on the App Store and Google Play. Most importantly, they’ve been very responsive and matched the exact speed our company wanted.

What did you find most impressive about them?

Brainvire Infotech is capable of providing the specific solution a customer is looking for. Technical skill is one of their strongest assets. They employ a talented set of developers.

Are there any areas they could improve?

Brainvire Infotech could benefit from offering new customers account management. Sitting down to discuss their service offerings could help them bring more to the table than what the client’s basic requirements entail.

The team’s technical capabilities are a critical consideration, and they have a strong presence across multiple countries. Their offshore and onsite model is cost-effective and can be beneficial for any company.
