The timelines has been a problem in the last months as the team has been shifting and people have moved to other projects. Responses to critical issues have not been delivered as promised. This lack of continued dedication of resources has delayed this project beyond our exceptions and acceptance. What did you find most impressive or unique about this company? The leadership of BTC listens to our concerns and addresses our issues. This is the most impressive aspect of our relationship. Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently? We are a start up with start up issues and timelines. To get to the end of a project in a more timely manner with the required resources to meet commitments has to be a number 1 priority and we do not feel this is the case.
