Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

We ran a similar contest last year, and this year with the same budget with had HUGE increases in followers and contacts.

How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?

Nathan is so easy to communicate with and was super helpful. He even came to my rescue over the weekend and on off times to help me out.

What did you find most impressive about this company?

Ease of communication. and fast response time They made my job so much easier

I'm the CEO of a PR firm. We specialize in the design industry.

What challenge were you trying to address with Bizop Media?

Our clients often ask for digital support, so we use Bizop as a partner that we refer as needed. We also use them for our own internal projects.

What was the scope of their involvement?

They handle social media management and support, newsletter and content generation, channel marketing and SEM support for our clients. We personally use their graphics team to design our proposals. They provide some services for us, and we integrate with their team for any client project we loop them into. For us specifically, they help execute proposals, build presentation decks, and generate branding.

What is the team composition?

Our main contacts are their two owners. We work with them closely, and they build teams of two to six, depending on the project.

How did you come to work with Bizop Media?

We found them through an initial web search. We tested them on a few internal projects, and they did a great job. After that, we started to refer them out.

How much have you invested with them?

We've spent about $15,000 on work they've done for us. The referral business we've presented them with is closer to $60,000.

What is the status of this engagement?

We started working together in January 2019, and the partnership is ongoing.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

Our clients are very happy. The quality of work is excellent, and everything they do is well considered and strategic. They hit all our targets, and they always make sure we or our clients understand the meaning of each initiative.

How did Bizop Media perform from a project management standpoint?

They're very responsive, and they're always happy to work through changes and make sure that the work is perfect. Most of our communication is through email, but they communicate with our clients through conference calls that we schedule and monitor.

What did you find most impressive about them?

I'm very impressed by their customer service. They make sure everyone is happy, and they work well with people who don't have a lot of digital experience. I trust them, and they uphold all their relationships with integrity.

Are there any areas they could improve?

We haven't had any issues with them, and there's nothing I think they should improve.

As with any relationship like this, be responsive and clear about your goals.
