All of my numbers have increased. And most of all BizIQ doesn't break the bank.

We are still working on my e-commerce portion of my website. I wish this had been a faster and mire complete process.

The account managers have been great. They answer any questions that we have big or small and I feel like they have done a great job of educating us

We had a couple issues with account managers not getting back with us quickly in the past but once we brought it to their attention they immediately made a priority of following up with us.

I'm a clerical person at a roofing company and I am also in charge of checking the marketing of the company.

We were looking for someone that would manage our google ad campaigns as well as our website to make sure that we were/are being seen by as many people as possible.

How did you select this vendor?

They reached out to us and after having a meeting with the sales department and at the time our potential account manager. After talking about prices and the services they provide we chose to go with them due to the high attention to detail that they have and with the monthly check in meetings that are being provided.

Once we signed the contract we have a meeting that allowed both them and us to work together to create the most efficient google searches based on our product. Now they run those google ad campaigns to make sure that they are relevant to the times and make any adjustments as needed. They are also in charge of our website and making sure it's up to date and report back if there seems to be anything wrong. Along with our website they also write blogs about every month to let our potential new clients know of our services along with what each type of roofing material is.

I work closely with our account manager and I report back with my supervisor as needed.

We've seen in increase in leads that come from google and about 10-15% become jobs that we do, and it all depends on what type of roof job it is as well.

We have monthly meetings to check the progress of the google ad campaigns and their effectiveness. When needed we also communicate via email.

They are very detailed in their work and that was noticed in our meeting where we needed to set up our google ads. They constantly research to understand the industry better and are not afraid to ask questions for better services.

No i think everything is good as it is.
