I’m the sales and marketing manager for Around the Sound Transportation. We transport the elderly and disabled and do non-emergency medical transportation.

We needed someone to provide us with organic SEO.

What was the scope of their involvement?

BizIQ has been optimizing our website for the past 5 years through organic SEO, providing us with more opportunities to expand our marketing.

Apart from that, they develop content with our approval and make updates and changes to the site as needed. 

What is the team composition?

We mainly work with Andrew (Social Media Manager), but we’ve worked with around four team members to set up our organic SEO.

I’m not sure how we came across BizIQ.

We’ve invested somewhere between $30,000–$35,000.

Our ongoing partnership started in July 2017.

The keywords we implemented for our web presence are ranking in the top three search results, and our call inquiries gradually increase each month.

They perform excellently from a project management perspective, and we typically communicate through phone, Zoom, and email.

What did you find most impressive about them?

Everyone we work with is honest and upfront about the progress of our project, so I’m very impressed with their dedication to improving our company’s marketing efforts — they’re always striving to make us more successful.

Are there any areas they could improve?

I know they’re doing the best they can, but we still need about 30 drivers and five dispatchers for our operations.

Just be open and tell them exactly what you want, because they have a lot of experts on their team that can help achieve your goals.

When we initially went with BizIQ it was cost, then we went with another company that was specific to Audiology but soon came back because BizIQ knew what they were doing.

They have dug through our existing content, streamlined it to make it more modern and friendly to read without losing our SEO content. They constantly look for areas of growth including keywords that are trending, writing monthly blogs for those keywords, and securing backlinks to other websites.

Mainly I work with Andrew who will occasionally bring on colleagues for help with specific requests or to review new strategies.

Can you share any measurable outcomes of the project or general feedback about the deliverables?

We are ranking at number one on several of our blog posts, our website traffic continues to increase and we have seen a several point increase in our Google rating score.

We have been so happy with the communication that we receive. At the end of each time we speak there is an email sent laying out what was discussed and the actions that need to be taken. Products are delivered in a timely manner and if delays happen they are clearly communicated.

They listen. They know all aspects of the internet and how to work it to our advantage. and how to work it to our advantage, they explain everything in layman's terms with the utmost of patience.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

I wish that we would have had more success with our PPC campaign as it struggled to get clicks.

I am the assistant at a company that distributes lecithin throughout the U.S. and Canada. I assist customers with their orders as well as finding freight and organizing paperwork for the company.

We hired BIZ IQ to take control over our website in order to gain more customers and have our website pop up more often on search engines. Since hiring BIZ IQ we have had an increase in customers which is a main goal of ours.

BIZ IQ was affordable and always helpful to our company. Whether we need them to edit something on our website or if I have a question about a potential spam email, BIZ IQ is always happy and helpful when I need them.

Throughout our time working with BIZ IQ, we meet once a month in order to go over how the website is doing. As expected, we have had some decreases in certain keywords but a majority increase in customers asking about our products.BizIQ has helped boost our ratings on search engines, putting us on the top of the list when searching about lecithin. This is major as I have previously stated it has helped us get in touch with more customers through the past year.

We mainly communicate with 1 individual who has people under them that help add articles and information onto our website. However, I am unsure of the number of people working under our main contact.

Since working with BIZ IQ we have jumped spots on search engines, working our way to that number 1 position. Again this has significantly helped us in getting in touch with new customers which is our main goal.

BIZ IQ always works hard to make sure our needs are met. If I have a question about a new lead from the website, or am having problems even with my personal email, they are happy to help give us the steps to a solution and find out if the new lead is a scam or not. (We have received a scam email from BIZ IQ once saying we stole someone's information, however, BIZ IQ was quick to respond and let me know it was a scam and to not respond)

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

Their level of professionalism and quick response time is very important. I have never had to wait a long period of time before hearing back from my BIZ IQ consultant. He is always quick to respond and is very helpful with whatever it is we are asking of him.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

None that I can think of. BIZ IQ is great with asking how things are going on our end and if we have any ideas to make our website better. They are also good with coming up with ideas to help make our lives easier when it comes to getting leads from customers.

Mainly offer suggestions to help improve SEO more quickly and be more careful about not charging for their services when your SEO isn't resulting in being on Page 1 of Google searches as promised in their guarantee. Being careful not to give advice that can delay this SEO optimization goal.
