I find it difficult to describe in detail the process on the part of the recruiting agency, but I can tell you more about the results.
During the first week we received four resumes, one of which we liked the most. A week later, we conducted two stages of the interview and a test task, and then Bisseti helped us make an offer. Our ROI has increased by 2% because we make creatives faster so they do not have time to burn out.

We started work by filling out the questionnaire. The nexs step was a brief for the vacancy and the desired soft and hard skills. A day later, we received a pipeline and resumes of the first candidates, among which we singled out a girl with great portfolio.
She is still on her three-month trial period, but Bisseti recruiters often give us recommendations on how to improve the onboarding process and ask for feedback from the candidate.
What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?
They have a database of candidates they keep in touch with, so our company has closed the vacancy in record time.
The second plus is that they have expertise in both HR and recruiting, so they gave advice on how to improve our offer, and also explained why we could not close this vacancy on our own.
Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?
I do not see how we could close our vacancy better, but I am sure that there are always points for growth.
