The BlokBe project involves the development of a secure, scalable platform that allows customers to exchange fiat for cryptocurrencies (e.g., USDC, BTC) and perform settlements between individuals and partners. This project covers both mobile (Android, iOS) and web applications, providing users with seamless financial transactions and treasury management. The focus is on security, simplicity, and a user-friendly experience, leveraging API integrations for KYC, payment gateways, and exchange services.

Key features include:

• Onboarding: Users can create accounts and complete KYC through both web and mobile platforms, with notifications about approval status.
• Account Management: Users can pay account opening fees, store credit/debit card details, and manage their accounts via mobile and web applications.
• Transaction & Settlement Dashboard: Users can view transaction histories, filter or search transactions, and track the status of settlements and balances in USDC.
• Security & Settings: Biometric authentication (Face ID, Touch ID), passcode management, and credit card handling.
• Deposits and Withdrawals: Users can deposit fiat into USDC pairs or withdraw crypto to verified partners or personal ledgers.
• Reporting: Treasury operators can generate detailed reports of fiat and crypto transactions for effective float management.

This project will conclude with a quality control phase, ensuring that all functional elements meet the client’s specifications.

• Successful Launch and Public Release: The BlokBe mobile app was successfully launched on both Android and iOS platforms, following extensive testing phases. The app is now publicly available, allowing users to seamlessly perform fiat-to-crypto exchanges and settlements.
  User Onboarding and KYC Approval: The KYC process was fully tested and integrated, resulting in a 98% approval rate for user verification. This high success rate, coupled with smooth onboarding on both mobile platforms, provided a seamless experience for users during registration.
• Transaction Processing and Speed: We successfully tested and optimized the app’s transaction speed, ensuring that users could complete fiat-to-crypto exchanges in under 10 seconds on average. Settlement processes were tested across different scenarios and performed efficiently.
• Security and Stability: Biometric authentication features (Face ID/Touch ID) were implemented successfully and thoroughly tested. The app passed all security tests with no data breaches or vulnerabilities reported during the testing and public phases, ensuring user data and transactions remain secure.

he project management by Beyondi was generally well-organized and efficient. They delivered approximately 90% of the project milestones on time, adhering closely to the agreed timelines. While there were some minor delays in a few phases—mainly related to final testing and integration with external APIs—these were communicated early, and they managed to keep the overall project on track without major disruptions.

Beyondi was responsive to our needs throughout the project, particularly when we required adjustments or additional features. They were proactive in addressing issues, and their flexibility helped ensure that even when deadlines were slightly extended, the quality of work and attention to detail remained high.

Critical events also automatically trigger notifications in both web and mobile applications, prompting responses via email or phone calls to gather information and establish accountability.

TEOS & SparkNet ensure data privacy within a consortium. Each member has access to the latest data hash from other participants, providing reliability and integrity to the system, as well as protecting critical management functions such as:
