Our website redesign was delivered on time and looks great! The redesign has improved our content presentation and accessibility, making the website easy for users to navigate and search. Content is also easy to upload, and the page insights and reports are really valuable. Our new member portal is also adding value, while post-launch support has allowed us to refine the site as needed.

While the quality of work was excellent, a slightly more structured timeline with clearer milestones could have helped streamline the process further. That said, the team was always responsive, adaptable, and committed to delivering the best possible outcomes.

Better Known started by defining our brand and marketing strategy. From there they designed a brand which was inspired by our brand values and bold, discerning, and instantly recognisable. The brand identity included a new website which is core to our marketing strategy.

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

Better Known completed a brand and marketing strategy, brand design and website for a telecommunications company.  

Before we worked with Better Known we had no clear strategy or brand platform to work with. Our approach to marketing was lacklustre and did little to explain the value we provide our customers.

Better Known took the time to get to know us and provided us with a stronger and more clearly differentiated brand proposition and a clear product and service offering. They designed a brand that pushes us to where we need to be. They listened and challenged us, and the result is something that stands out and enables us to talk to larger businesses.

Since launching our new website, we’ve had a higher response rate from prospects which signals that our brand communications are clearer and has more cut-through.

This has been supported by positive feedback from clients.

We worked very closely together as we worked in a shared office. They accommodated us on very short notice as it was easy for us to engage them. I am sure that it was potentially quite disruptive for them but they delivered nonetheless. All items were delivered on time

Better Known were able to work to our timelines, and with the constraints that come with running a start-up business. We felt as if we were in ‘safe hands’ through the project, especially through the delivery of the website.

Better Known was able to work with us on a start-up budget so in some instances they had to cut corners to stretch our budget. This meant that we had to deliver a lot of the SEO optimised content for the website ourselves. This process was challenging and in hindsight we could have done with some additional assistance to complete the copy writing.

BetterKnown were instrumental in the sudden and thorough rebranding of our firm. They were initially engaged to manage our website and to undertake a brand refresh, but as the business owners wanted a change of trading name, a full rebrand was required.

This involved digital and printed asset management, website integration with existing software, social media management and planning, marketing strategy and development of a marketing plan within a tight budget and assistance and training of the new marketing manager.
